I paid $95 for a big canvas of my young children and instead received a very not family friendly small canvas of a man smoking in a bar. I cant get anyone to email back or respond on their website or phone and Im extremely concerned that there is a huge picture of my child somewhere out there. Major safety concern and they refuse to respond.Business Response

We are writing in response to the complaint filed by [**** ********] regarding their order. We sincerely apologize for the distress caused by the mix-up in the order.
Please note that we addressed this matter with the customer promptly. On December 4, 2024, we reached out to the customer to resolve the issue with their order. As part of the resolution, we shipped the correct canvas to the customer, and it was delivered to their address on December 10, 2024. Attached to this response, you will find the email correspondence with the customer and the tracking details confirming the delivery.
Since the resolution, the customer has not reached out to us further, indicating that their concern has been satisfactorily addressed.
We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Thank you for the opportunity to respond, and please let us know if any additional information is required.

On March 12, 2024 i placed an order at Sakura ****** (Canvas Freaks) for Goku Black Wall Art 1 Canvas / 1 Piece / 24x18. On March 24,2024 the package was delivered to my home. I opened the package only to see that I was sent the wrong order. From March 24th until today I have been sending emails and calling to try and get this corrected but I cannot get a hold of anyone. The pictures on their website are not reflective of what you receive. They are very blurry and dark so you can not see the detail that they show in their pictures online The product is not as described based on that and they reject your emails if you try to get a return.Initial Complaint

My wife ordered a $59.99 picture for Christmas for me it had correct measurements but seemed too small where I wanted to hang it. We decided to go with the $99.99 size. Contacted Canvas Freaks and followed return instructions; 1st ordered and paid for correct size, received $99.99 picture. Sent back $59.99 picture, for that refund tracking shows they received it. Canvas Freaks then ghosted me and would not answer calls or email. Filed a dispute with credit card. Canvas Freaks emailed me and said drop the complaint and we will get a refund, now the charge is back on my wife's card still no refund still not return call or email. This all has been going on since Christmas and it is now March 8th. I have noticed other complaint similar to this. Can we please get some help with this. They have out money and their product both. I purchased from canvas freaks a $460 order on Black Friday, which it was discounted to $350 cause of discounts. I purchased for canvases that been trying to find for a long time. After I made the purchase, I never got a phone call nor email regarding my shipping confirmation for over 3weeks. 23 days later I got email saying my address and my card didn’t match so there waiting on more information. But I used my ****** act to make the purchase so that’ is totally not possible. At this point I’ve called 50-60’s have email this company 30x’s asking what’s going on 5weeks later I had to call ****** and they got my money back for me. Not even a phone call from this place I spent a lot money on. Needless to say I probably worse customer service I ever had, I didn’t my painting I wanted and to top it off I got the money back week after Christmas. Those canvases were Xmas presents. I woulda spent my money elsewhere so I never got Black Friday deal. They finally emailed weeks later and refunded me $00.01 and said sorry for the inconvenience and that’s it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order, for a 30x40 acrylic print. I ordered and when received the image of “oceanswrath” the the image is low resolution at this size. Email I sent stayed “There is practically no detail in the image, overall coloring is muddy and just does not live up to the image displayed on the website. I am seeking a refund for this product. Please advise next steps.” They answered same day the initial email above, I sent on 1/3 with “Thank you for reaching out to us and we deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Please provide a few photos of the order you received for confirmation of the low quality image in question. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Canvas Freaks | Customer Service” I sent 14 pictures on 1/4 detailng my complaints and asked again for a refund or discussion. I have sent 2 more emails since 1/4. One on 1/6 and one on 1/10. I even sent them screen shots from BBB where someone wrote in they had the same problem, with the same image. The companies refund policy on their page is “ At Canvas Freaks, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your art then you can return it anytime within 30 days for a full refund! We do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products, each viewable on the corresponding product page. I placed an order with Canvas freaks on Dec 14th 2022, I ordered digital prints because on the site it said I would receive them by Christmas. I called an left them a message bc it was Dec 23rd & I still hasn't heard from them I sent an email to them also. I opened my email the next day *********** had my digital prints. I emailed them back that I received them & that I was not happy! The pictures that I sent to them the digital prints they sent back looked nothing like my family. I only did this bc my ************** bonded over Anime. We lost our youngest to cancer so I thought getting this for them would be perfect bc I saw the work they had online & it was beautiful! Whwn I opened my ********* saw the prints I was heartbroken! My family looked nothing like the pictures I sent in & my middle son hand is white but we are african American!! Then the print for my oldest son was not sent to me at all! I paid for 3 prints only received 2 & they are horrible. I have sent them emails with proof & left messages & no one has contacted me back!! I'm heartbroken bc this was the perfect gift for my family & this company messed it up! Ordered item that was not received as expected. The printed it backwards and still shipped it out when you cna clearly see that it was wrong and on top of that added extra periods in dates where there shouldn't have been. Reached out in regards to the issue and received no response. Received no responses in reference to shipping issues either. Bad customer service! They don't care, just take your money and will respond with 1 generic answer and then ends all communication. Can't ever get any one on the phones.Business Response

Ordered a piece of artwork back in March of 2022. It is July and I still have not received the piece. After doing an order lookup it states the piece is "being processed." I contacted them in May(2 months after placing the order) and they stated they will refund the product and have it shipped as courtesy of the inconvenience. Neither has happened. It is now July(4 months after the purchase date) and I haven't heard from them since. Very unprofessional, especially for someone who is spending hundreds of dollars with them.Business Response

Purchased a world map canvas and the picture quality was poor and distorted. The company continuously asked for pictures after I sent them numerous pics. They refused to send a return label to allow me to return the canvas.Business Response
