    To start, I had no bad things to say till I figured out that I was being lied to. I asked the lady for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and then she asked if I wanted that as a combo. I then asked how much it would be as a combo because I saw the price for just the sandwich ($7.99) and add fries and drink for $4.99 but she said after I asked 2x she said the combo is 7.99 so I just assumed they didnt update the prices on the menu. Then I get my receipt and it shows I was charged extra (4.99) for the fries and drink. I understand everyone has a business to run but dont lie to your customers especially when they asked you because obviously because not everyone can or wants to spend on something extra. I was refunded for the fries and drink but still. Also I asked for no mushrooms on my Philly because I have a food allergy and when I get it there was mushrooms. I asked them if they could remake it without the mushrooms and they said they cant that I should have looked at the menu. I walked out and honestly at this pointed I should be refunded for my entire order for how the experience was. I grew up in this area and Im disappointed in how this business runs. Good food but not the way to keep happy customers coming back.
