    Every single time I try to pickup a prescription the doctor ****** input the medication into the system properly so I can never get my prescription. He is using a PR *** number and it should be a FL *** number and he ****** understand. On top of that I can never reach a human being on the phone call center that can correct anything. Every month I drive down to ********* 55 minutes each time to go back to get it changed twice!!! They tell me it will be fixed and now 5 days later I still down have my medications. The pharmacist keeps trying to inform the doctor he is putting in his PR number in and should use his FL number for the ***. I am on severe pain from neuropathy in my lower part of my body. Now after all this they said I need to see a specialist and I keep going around in circles. I cant get through to them they are doing incorrectly. They just dont understand. On top of that my wife paid them $450 for an exam for her b****** and they wont tell her if she has cancer or not. They said she needs to take another day off from work to find out the tests results after paying them in full. This whole operation its a sham. They also schedule patients and we have to wait 2-3 hours just to be seen. I am completely done with this place!!! I can never reach someone who could fix anything. Every month same thing, I have to go back several times to try to get my medications because every time they do the same thing!!! Now I am in severe pain and cant even get to work right now!!! Very upset regarding this facility and should be shut down. Doctors dont even know how to write a script properly!!!!

    In response to the patients complaint. Patient was sent medication on 05/29/2024 and the prescription has the correct *********** number. We have no records in our system that indicate the patient's pharmacy tried calling or the patient. Any provider that practice medicine in ******* needs to have a *********** number or they cannot practice in a medical office without it. Due to the patients condition the patient was sent to a specialist in order to help with the condition and the pain. This patient wants to get prescribed controlled narcotics medication and some insurance don't cover them. This could be the reason why the pharmacy gives him so many problems with his prescriptions. 

    As per his wife's payment we are not an imaging center with means we do not perform any breast examination such as mammograms and other imaging testing. The patient must be confused with the office.

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experiences at the Orlando Medical Center. Despite being given a 9:00 am appointment, I routinely waited for up to three hours before being seen by a doctor. The receptionists at the front desk consistently displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism.Moreover, the overall treatment at the facility leaves much to be desired. Patients are often made to feel less than human, with excessively long wait times to see a physician and overcrowded waiting rooms exacerbating an already stressful situation.One particularly concerning incident involved receiving blood work in a storage room, which is clearly not an appropriate or sanitary location for such procedures. It appears that the primary focus of the medical staff is on securing funding from insurance companies rather than providing compassionate care to patients.These issues are unacceptable and warrant immediate attention and improvement.

    I use Orlando family medical as my primary care provider. I have not had good experiences with the call centre (when you call their ****** you reach a call center, you do not get the chance to speak to someone at the ******.) they have HORRIBLE customer service. They have hung up on me in the past. I am currently so unsatisfied with the entire experience with Orlando family medical. I am trying to see an orthopaedic surgeon for my pain. I had an MRI done on both of my knees and they both show that I have many issues in both of them. I was given a referral to see an orthopaedic surgeon and unfortunately they referred me to a dr ****** that does not take people my age. It is for 21 years or younger with my insurance. I was given a separate referral to have a sleep study done, but they wrote that one wrong too so I cannot use it. I am extremely frustrated with this, so I called ****** to inform them of the issue. Its been 5 days and I still have no answer or referral that is corrected. When I try to call the referral department at Orlando family medical nobody answers. And when I call the customer service line all I get is attitude. I dont understand how these people can be in customer service with how disrespectful and inpatient they are. I asked to speak to a manger about my complaint and I was told there is no way I can speak with one because there is no phone number that will reach a manager, but the employees can contact them for me. (I have no faith that they will do so, giving their past interactions with me, they do not seem like they want to help me AT ALL let alone be open to sharing with their managers that someone is dissatisfied in their experience with the business ) all I want is my referral corrected and to be able to get the proper medical care that I deserve. I hope someone can help me with my problems with this company.

    This company is not giving me access to my medical notes and medical records that I need to finish getting seen by another doctor. The company is very racist if your not mexican very hateful, and unprofessional. They never answer their phones. The lady that answers the phone at the conway location. Is requesting me to get since by the doctor before releasing any medical information. I don't need to pay another medical bill before i get my records released to another doctor. I want my medical records to be faxed to **** ******** ***** ** *******
