    Please do your research before investing here. THis place has a very currupt organization. They thirst trap investors into buying their units only to charge an upserd amount of resort fees both to the owner and the renters. they pocket everything. they also manage the property themselves in order to fill their pockets with bogus charges. this HOTEL is a HUGE PONZI sceme. its very clear to see based on how fast the turn around is from people purchasing units and turning right back around and celling them. read he bylaw of your purchase before purchasing. they are crafty with their rules on what owners are actually ***********. this is solely meant to fill their pockets. as well as pay paying them a capital gains fee. they are crooks.
