    10/28/22 $388.17 10/31/22 $100.00 I brought my scooter to this business with the promises of having my scooter reviewed from top to bottom of required maintenance, and troubleshooting a starting issue. I paid for the services upfront and received incomplete work with the promises the additional work will be completed at a later time. within a few days of receiving my scooter again on 10/30 my scooter broke down. I brought my scooter back to this business and was prompted to spend $100 dollars on additional work. After receiving my scooter for a third time on my commute to work 11/3 I unfortunately broke down again and called the business requesting further assistance due to this being an ongoing issue of my scooter not properly operating within less than a week of services. The company refused to accommodate me for my troubles and said that it would be an additional $60 to retrieve my ************ whatever additional work needed to be completed. When I asked the merchant to please work with me as I have spent so much money with them the merchant stated "it's not my fault that your scooter broke" and has refused to accommodate me or provide any refund for services not rendered. Sense than I have lost time at work and have had to bring my scooter to another mechanic shop.

    After carefully reviewing the response of our customer *********************** we did indeed work on **************************.
    We offer a 30 day warranty to all our customers on any scooter that has been serviced here at Jealse Scooters, as long as is something that we have work on or done to any scooters.


    The first repair that was done to ***************** was a cylinder head because his had a spark plug striped we recommended a new gas tank because his was in bad conditions but we told him the bike wasn't ready to be out of the shop and ***************** insisted on taking his bike as is.

    the 2nd time ***************** came to the shop was because his drive belt broke and was a totally different repair apart from what the first repair was.


    the 3rd time ***************** called for a pick up service on his bike he wanted it for free and we do not pick up any scooters for free we have policies in every receipt we hand out stating
    "No warranty on pick *** or delivery services" he never showed up with his scooter.

    He made us order a special fuel pump that we do not sell here at our shop and never payed for it and now we are stuck with it we called mutable times with no response.

    This information provided by Jalese scooters is inaccurate. When I first brought the scooter in, my initial request of service was I had just purchased my scooter and it did not start also to please go over the bike from top to bottom and tell me what it needs or recommendations. I asked that they troubleshoot the staring issue. They first called stating it just needed a fuse and it was ready for pick up. Hours later I was called and informed that as the bike was left running the spark plug magically shot out of the cylinder head now requiring me to purchase a cylinder head. I complied and did every repair needed; than I was informed I needed a fuel pump that they did not carry I drove 2 hours to ***********, ** to purchase a fuel pump from a reputable scooter business that specialize in parts for my particular scooter. Once I provided them with the fuel pump they stated that it would not work that I would have to purchase their specific one. I retrieved my bike and it broke down within 24 hours of retrieval. I brought my bike back to them and they replaced ****************** hour later my bike had broken again as stated previously I called ****** and informed them that I was unhappy due to the fact that I asked them to completely inspect my bike and its done nothing but gotten worse in their care. I asked that they would either provide a discounted rate for retrieval or provide some type of customer service due to knowing the amount of money I already invested and knowing that I would be spending more money with them. As stated previously the owner chuckled on the phone and stated in the background that it wasn't his fault my bike broke down and disregarded my plea. I have not heard from Jalese since opening this BBB claim and contacting my bank. Since this occurrence I have bought my scooter to a reputable shop that was able to properly fix my bike with my originally purchased fuel pump and stated the the previous mechanic of (Jalese) put old gas in my scooter and the drive belt was incorrectly placed causing it to break again and is willing to also go on record to state ****** performed hack job services and are scamming people out of their hard earned money. Respectfully the company is nothing short of fraudulent. I'm not the first one to state this either. If you read their reviews (in which I should have prior to taking my scooter here, everyone says the same thing) they hold no accountability.

    As we stated in our previous messages we give out a 30 day warranty to all our customers on any repair done to their scooters all our reviews that ****************** are referring to are old and we didn't have the mechanic we have now. I uploaded pictures of the tank before and the gas from the inside when we where working on it We did exactly everything he wanted to get done we suggested a new tank but he wanted it cleaned out instead and we did that exactly the tank was really ***** as you can see each time he brought the scooter it was something new that we did not work on before. that's why the warranty did not cover it was something different each time something different the we did not work on previously. and that is why he was charged every time he came in to the shop. we put fresh gas on all machines purchased and repair here at Jealse Scooters We haven't had anyone coming saying they have old gas in their tanks or that their drivebelt are on backwards if that was the case like we stated before we give out a 30 day warranty on any repair done to any scooter free of charged.

    I was a customer there for 4 years and spend a lot of money maybe in the a couple thousand dollars and repairs and everything and I purchased apart from a website so I gave him cash which was exactly $80 he never gave my money back and kept on making excuses even though he purchased it through ****** and you have ****** protection I currently have stage 4 cancer so I can't even go there to to get it to get it. Extremely unprofessional and have no loyalty to customers a lot of my parts on my bike were all so suspiciously broken more than I fixed if I fix something something else is broken or the job was done in a in a very rude way and plastic was broken and stuff and they would always make excuses but I never had proof about that thank you for your time.

He is lying again he purchases his part from the same exact company when I told him about it he was like oh oh wow that's the same place I purchased all my parts from he has ****** protection I have emailed him many times I have tried to call him I've asked him to give me a refund that I have ***** and give me a refund and he has never responded to me so it's not like I try to handle it other ways before I contacted you guys and it's ludicrous that he is doing this for $80 and somebody that has money and I'm in a very bad situation right now in an assisted living facility with cancer
