Venho aqui reclamar o golpe que sofri com a empresa Americana Business, essa empresa lesou e est lesando muitos brasileiros, tomei um golpe de 3.799,00 reais. At hoje eles no me enviaram o produto, e nem me fizeram reembolso.Fiz a compra no dia 28/11/2023, vista.Eu queria uma ajuda de vocs para poder pelo menos ressarcir m** dinheiro de volta e acabar de vez por todas com essa humilhao, ps ** mando mensagem e eles no respondem.J estou bloqueado no Instagram da empresa!Espero que me ajude.Isso um pedido de apelo.

The transport company JETLOG mentioned waiting for the insurance, but there were no further responses.Desired Resolution: Receive the two phones back, new and sealed with an invoice, or a full refund of the investment.Dispute Description:Hired Americana Imports to redirect two iPhones (1TB and 512GB) from ****** to ****************** confirmed receipt of the devices on 11/20/2023 and sent them to ****** the following week.     On 11/09/2023, I purchased two iPhones 15 Pro from your online store, with order number #****, making the payment via PIX. It is with regret that I come to report the significant issue faced in the delivery process of these products. After 40 business days have passed, I have not received any information regarding the shipment of my order.Every day, I attempt to contact customer service through different channels, including WhatsApp, email, and Instagram. Despite repeated promises of imminent shipment, I have not been successful thus far. Faced with the lack of transparency and failure to meet the initially communicated delivery deadlines, I have formally requested cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid.Unfortunately, up to this point, I have not received a satisfactory response, and the refund has not yet been processed to my account. This situation has caused considerable frustration and apprehension.As such, I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. I request a full refund of the amount paid for the iPhones, as well as formal confirmation of the cancellation of the order.

    Efetuei a compra no site da Americana Business, de um Iphone 15 pro *** 256 no dia 20/01/24 efetuei o pagamento via pix, aguardei o envio do Cdigo de rastreio, aps 40 **** de espera fui informado que no iria mais ser possvel enviar o aparelho **** o ******, e que para restituio do valor pago teria que falar com um advogado aqui no ******, o mesmo me fez uma proposta de devoluo parcelado, porm j que no houve a compra do aparelho o valor deveria ser restitudo de forma integral e imediato, pedi para uma amiga que **** prximo a loja fsica do site, e o proprietrio disse que no seria possvel entregar o aparelho mesmo j estando pago. O mesmo continua vendendo aparelhos via site, no tem interesse nenhum em entregar os mais de 1000 aparelhos vendidos e no entregues aqui no ******.Gostaria de saber como posso proceder para resolver meu problema, o proprietrio da loja diz que no resolve, quem decide a forma de resolver o Advogado.Quero o valor restitudo ou o aparelho entregue em mos a nos ***, desde j agradeo a ateno e me coloco a disposio.
