We mistakenly purchased a timeshare with Vacation Village on March 12, 2016. We attended the presentation for Lifetime of Vacations resort. We had declined the offers and attempted to leave. When we attempted to leave we were immediately cornered by their sales representatives, who kept pressuring us to make a purchase that we had already disclosed we could not afford. We were at the presentation for hours and only consented to the purchase because we had been physically exhausted by the sales representatives and just wanted to do what was necessary to leave. We requested a refund of our purchase as this ownership has drained us financially. We were offered to apply for the hardship program by owners resolutions which they denied. No one in this company has been helpful in the process of cancelling our ownership. This company clearly does not value their customers.
