  Este pasado Octubre fue mi primer y ultimo viaje con esta agencia de viajes. En primero **** ***** fue muy grosero y agresivo cuando no le quise mandar el deposito por *****.Yo preferia ir en persona u fue como lo hice,pero elme grito,insulto, y colgo la llamada. ***** fue muy atenta al recibir los pagos pero despues de ahi fue muy poca la ayuda que recibi de **** cuando mas la ocupaba. Para pedir el dinero son buenos pero para ayudar a sus clientes despues que elpago este completo buena suerte. Los hoteles...De 5 hoteles 1 estubo bien. Los de mas infestados de cucarachas, covijas sucias y servicio pesimo.El hotel que mas ******* compania es **** (Cuidado que lo barato sale caro) Una de nuestras ******* ***** nos robo dinero. Nos cobro $50 dolares por llevarnos a mirar la torre eiffle iluminarse por la noche y segun incluia una cena. Pues llegamo, la torre ya iluminada y cual cena? La ***** hizo sus $2000 en 3 horas. Peor que;a excursion de la torre eiffle ya iba incluida. Cuidado Cuidado Cuidado, los guillas tratan de cobrarles dinero por todo. Lleve su contrato en mano. Y no se confien, ya estando en ****** ara que encuentre quien le ayuda pues es imposible.Tengo varias fotos y conversaciones grabadas donde hay pruebas de todo esto y muy pronto las subire. Recuerden lo barato sale caro. Esta compania los trata como ganadero, de tanto cliente que juntapor viaje no saben ni quien sera guia de quien. HORRIBLE compania. Gracias aDios si conocimos a nuevos amigos que lamentablemente pasaron por la misma experencia que nosotros.

  Hola mi nombre es Salvador Enrique **** y además de haber tomado el Tour por Europa también tome el tour por Sur America y fue una experiencia maravillosa, Liliana de Wonderful World Travel Inc. fue quien nos acompañó durante todo el viaje y realizó un excelente trabajo siempre estuvo disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas y a cualquier duda que tuviéramos (se merece un aumento ??) y Al igual que en Europa los hoteles fueron de excelente calidad 4+ estrellas los desayunos abundantes y deliciosos además incluyeron varias comidas y cenas también incluyeron varias excursiones y paseos, disfrutamos del tango y de los gauchos, de la nieve, de la playa, montamos a caballo y nos tiramos en tirolesa, disfrutamos del Mar y de la alberca, probamos vinos y tuvimos tiempo libres, gozamos de ciudades espectaculares, etc etc, en fin lo que puedo decir es muchas gracias por esta linda experiencia y le recomiendo que si pueden tomar un Tour con wonderful world travel no duden de hacerlo y harán memorias inolvidables, muchas gracias Liliana, muchas gracias wonderful world travel ????   The worst company I have traveled with in my life, they are very irresponsible with clients, they treat clients badly. I returned on July 23 from a trip to Europe with them and I do not recommend it at all. We were almost 5 hours at the airport and they were not going to look for us. After they had told us that in Europe there were no hotels with 3 beds, which was not true because they had up to 4 beds. My niece put a bad review on google and they told her that if she removed it they would solve the room issue, ( That's why they have 4.5/5 stars) before going I talked to the company and they told me that we were going to be very cramped in the room and I told them that it was ok. When we arrived they had put my niece in another room with an unknown person and without her consent. When we started calling to solve the problem, they insulted us, yelled at us, hung up the phone on us and when my niece wrote a bad review on Google right there, they called her and told her that when she removed it then they would solve the problem. In almost all the hotels we had the same problem. They also said that the company had made a profit last year of $4 million (unprofessional). We paid for an excursion to Capri $185 (optional) and the food they served us was terrible, we had to go eat somewhere else, spend more money and those who were serving treated the tourists badly and sweated over the food (not I know whose responsibility this is) The welcome dinner left much to be desired. The company did not solve any problem. Logically they never gave us the reason. Another person wrote a bad review on ******** and was blocked and told to come down from his room to talk to the company representative who was on the trip, "the representative says that he was on that trip to document all the problems." Many inconveniences on this trip, what could have been something very pleasant turned into a problem. I told them that I was going to solve this problem legally.

  Hola! Tuvimos una bonita experiencia con Wonderful World Travel, nuestro viaje a Europa de Marzo 17 a Abril 3, 2023. Mientras que nuestro guia Jesus y el chofer Narciso son excellentes personas muy profesionales, su asistente Felipe no respeta la agencia para quien el trabaja. Durante todo el viaje nos estuvo llamando Pinches, Gueyes, rancheros. Aunque entre jovenes en la calle, es aceptable, creo yo que durante su trabajo el debe de hablar con mas respeto porque esta representando a una compania de buen prestigio y muchos de nosotros hacemos el esfuerzo de pagar por un buen servicio y comportamiento. A nuesros familiares les gustaria ir pero no podemos recomendarlos por el temor de que si les toca Felipe, el los trate de esa manera. Gracias
