I called Made an Consult appt at New Frontier Oral Surgery and Dental Implants with Dr. ******** and Lynn his office staff who was extremely rude and very invasive in anything you talked about or asked. I went in for the consult with and Lynn was very kurt, rude. They stated that they did not take my Insurance BCBS Federal and that they would file for me out of network and I would get paid back usually the 50 percent from my insurance company. BCBS tried to call and ask a few questions and was told by Lynn that they were not to be calling that office they are not in network and was hung up on. I went in anyways for my consult paid out of pocket $100 and was told by the Dr. he needed more information on my last history and Physical from my family Dr. I had that sent over that same day all this took place 11/27/2023 @ 10:15am Monday. Lynn stated they would call me to set up the appt for Oral surgery and probably would be on Wednesday Morning at 8am. Lynn Called my cell and left a message 11/28/23 I called back and she stated it would cost $1400 out of pocket. I called back that afternoon of 11/28/23 and asked her if there was any other days that could be scheduled and then she told me that they would not be able to answer any more questions or file my insurance or give me any kind of documentation for my records to send to my insurance per the Dr. and if I had anything else to ask i would need to come in and make another consult or find another Dr. and hung up. I will not be going back to that Dr. I would never tell anyone of this Dr. I seen on his website it stated BCBS and yet they say not in network then that is misleading. overall I find this place to be very shady and unprofessional.
