    Worse experience I've ever had! Took my 15' Ford Edge for a water pump replacement, after almost 30 days picked up my car with more issues than what I dropped it off with. Engine light on, remote start not working, oil leak burning! We came back to the shop and the vehicle was kept for another couple weeks, mechanic trying to figure out why the engine light was on, they could not figure out why? They found out that the remote start wouldn't work if the engine light was on, so we couldn't do anything about that. They admitted to causing the oil leak that occurred when they placed the motor back in the vehicle. They had the vehicle another 2 weeks before they replaced that part but they never figured out the engine light. We picked up the vehicle and took it to the Ford dealership for a diagnoses and found out that there was a cable that was ruptured during the water pump replacement AND that the water pump needed to be replaced!!!! My husband took the vehicle back as the work was "guaranteed" and a week later was told that a cover gasket was needed to cure the problem! That was over 4 weeks ago that supposedly the part was ordered from Ford and it hasn't arrived. We called the Ford dealership to get the vehicle in for that service and to no surprise, the part is IN STOCK! I now have to pay Ford for servicing the vehicle after being serviced here at Scotty Muffler because of their lack of service & expertise. Will never recommend them. They had my vehicle in their shop for weeks at a time every time I dropped off the vehicle and they still couldn't get the job done right. A water pump that was guaranteed to be done correctly never was and it has cost me more money on top of what I paid them to complete the job. This shop is NOT worth the hassle.
