I inquired about an Adventures by Disney vacation package to ***** for my birthday and was put on a waitlist. I informed the individual that I was going alone. This person never told me the price difference for a single person so I assumed the price on the website would be the price I would pay. I received a call from another employee a couple of months later to tell me that the trip is on and am I ready to pay a deposit I said yes. She tells me the amount is $1,600 so I provide my credit card information. A couple of minutes later I receive an email with an invoice for $16k which is not what was on the website this is a $5K difference. I reach out to Disney who then gives me a phone number to call so I did and spoke with a ******. She states they will do an investigation to see if the individual gave me the wrong information. I receive a call a week later from ****** stating the person told me the correct deposit amount and never discussed pricing. So, I inform ****** the deposit amount is not the issue it is the total cost of the adventure. So you would think with that information of not discussing price from the initial inquiry or the second phone call I would receive my refund. But no the price for a single person was not discussed with the first or second call and after receiving the invoice I contacted Disney to disputed the amount. Still no refund so now I have to get an attorney take Disney to court to get my refund back. All the money I have spent with Disney this is so disappointing that I have to go through all of this when they know they are in the wrong. At this point it is the principal of the matter not the money.

We arrived at the 'resort'. More like a low-quality motel. We had to change rooms three times! The first motel was Fantasia I have recorded multiple videos of each room we had to relocate to. Let's start with the first room. Some walls were filthy. The floor was dirty. The fridge didn't work. There were issues with the outlet. The phone in the room was so old you couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line. It also smelled of mold, like an old urinal. It's important to note that both my daughter and I are autistic. Therefore, this experience was quite challenging for us. I was distraught throughout the four days we spent there. Quite an experience, huh? The second room we were moved to wasn't much better. The fridge in this room wasn't working either! And the shower wouldn't heat up. The third room wasn't any improvement ********* seemed like the housekeeper's hair was all over the bed. The fridge also wasn't functioning here. I had multiple breakdowns. The front desk staff wasn't helpful at all. They seemed utterly clueless. Now, let's talk about *****. It was terrible. The food at the princess meet-and-greet dinner was appalling, the sort of thing children wouldn't even eat. They didn't even inform us that my daughter's favorite princess, Aurora, wasn't there as advertised. Consequently, my autistic daughter was disappointed because we came to this disappointment of a place solely for Aurora! I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting the videos on all applicable social media platforms. I aim to save other parents from wasting time, money, and the emotional distress from this degrading place. I suggest taking them to an indoor water park or perhaps *****************. It's certainly not worth it. They treated us horribly. I hope Disney faces some consequences for their actions. They are an awful, money-grubbing organization that tarnished my vacation that I spent thousands on.

Disney company current disbut with prosecuters whom the company wishes to toss out based on "The notion that terms agreed to by a consumer when creating a Disney+ free trial account would forever bar that consumers right to a jury trial in any dispute with any Disney affiliate or subsidiary, is so outrageously unreasonable and unfair as to shock the judicial conscience, and this court should not enforce such an agreement, the lawyers wrote." For a doctor who died after eating the Spings Irish pub of nuts in scalar dish. However, I do not feel her death of allergic reaction was caused by restaurant due to length of reaction. The fact that Disney is using an app disclaimer for their argument turns my stomach.

I was denied Disney DAS service, on August 12, 2024. I am Type 1 Diabetic, and have used DAS, several times in the past. DAS is now, only for people with Autism, and is ignoring people covered under the American's with Disabilities Act. This change, will make me reconsider my annual passes, as well as keeping my DVC contracts (yes plural). This change in policy, is absolutely ridiculous.

Disney world has such a disregard for people with disabilities NOW. I has removed a service/pass for people with disabilities. Instead, cast members encouraged people to purchase ************* services. I guess is now enough paying for park entrance and/or disney resorts. What a disappointment.

I spent the last year saving up for a family vacation -- first family vacay in 10 years. I asked my teenage boys where in the ** would they like to go. Since they are huge ********* fans, they immediately said ***************** so they could ride the Rockin Rollercoaster. After paying over $740+ on 4 tickets (I paid the daily fee + an extra surcharge due to the day we were going, which is nuts) and waiting in a crazy hot line to enter the park, we soon found out that that ride was not in service. My boys were absolutely devastated. We walked around the park to see what else was available, but not much and all 55min plus wait times. We decided to leave the park. I reached out to WDW and provided my feedback, but they didn't have much to say. I will never visit another Disney park/resort as long as I live.

I love Disney but I would be cool if they made like fan bases that a lot people like but never add like a brother bear ride or bolt ride would be cool just a thought to make in a future cause felt like they didn't get much love at Disney world and it had a huge fan bases but it seems like they gave up on so let everyone forget about it

DISABILITY service changes at Disney. Recently Disney made changes to their disability program. I have two autistic children, one in need of line help and the other not in need. We waited about an hour to speak with a Disney worker who felt unable to issue a verdict on if MY DAUGHTER with years of medical interventions could wait in a Disney line so I was transferred to a "health care professional". Who listened about three minutes and said she did not qualify. Again, years of medical interventions and a parent who has said this is a high need and an extreame area of concern with diagnosis paperwork and the investment. I do hope this results in a class action lawsuit over discrimination. I would encourage every parent who encounters this gross ignorance to document it. I can't see this as right on any level.

On 5/4/24, my ********** visited Disney ***************** and encountered a dispute with another family in line for a ride. Despite trying to diffuse the situation, we were taken to a secluded hallway by a Disney agent while the other family was allowed to continue on the ride. My ********** spoke to a manager, who acknowledged the potential racial implications of the situation. We were later questioned by Disney Security & eventually allowed to leave. Feeling unjustly treated, we expressed our frustration & will not be renewing our passes due to feeling humiliated & discriminated against based on our Hispanic heritage. The security team's actions were unfair & misleading as they did not stop or question the other family despite causing distress to our family. My ********** were kept in an unsupervised hallway which we have video evidence of. This experience made my *************** feel marginalized & mistreated, & we ask for these issues to be addressed to ensure all guests are treated fairly & respectfully in the future. I have filed a formal complaint with Disney World.
