    On 09/21, I purchased a portion of Ice Cream for the sum of $15.95. At the end of the transaction the only amount shown in bold on the mini display was $16.91 which I followed the prompt to complete the order to the assumption as ( $15.95 + Tax ) the total plus taxes. On rechecking my receipt later on to find out that the amount I OK'ed was just for Tips, to the total of $33.82.Had I recognized the only text in bold was not my total purchase, I never would have submit the Order. That is the largest and most ridiculous thing as far as tips I have ever seen, at above 100% of the item purchased.I contacted the store on 09/23 and spoke with one *****, who indicated that a refund was processed. Still to date I have not received any - got me again.
