    The management at this location denied my daughter entrance and said I would receive a refund via text. I did not receive a refund of her ticket

    Visit Disney Dining Saturday 6/18 to see Jurassic Park. After 1 hour of not receiving our meal we stepped out to talk to a staff member. Was told they could not find our order. Spoke to manager (young black male very short hair or bald) and because we were missing the movie, the food will be re-ordered and credited. After 30 minutes and no food we stepped out again, spoke to another manager (white thin female w/glasses) and she told us our order could not be found, placed the order again and reminded food would be credited. Received our meal and at end of movie walked up to counter and spoke to manager, a different female (white, stocky hair pulled back) and she said Yes she heard of our situation and assured us our food would be credited. Well, today Monday June 20th Disney Dinning charged our credit card for the meals. And to add insult to injury the first manager gave us ONE voucher for two people to come back and see a movie. Voucher expires end of the month. We WILL NOT be using it or returning to Disney. What a horrible horrible experience along with the food. I want my refund please. I've been calling and no one picks up the phone
