    NOT happy for sure. My car had water damage due to the hurricane that hit. I originally brought to ********, BIG mistake as the same with your dealership. This is a warranty issue. You had my Mustang and NEVER, NEVER asked me to take it WITH SOMEONE for a test drive!! Needless to say, my car still not fixed, insurance denied my claim which was roughly $5K out of pocket, now YOU tell me its the ****************** has denied, you want another $5K cash! Since it IS my car and your job is offer a service, maybe you should stand up for your customer, let the customer participate in finding the problem I know my car, the adjuster and your girls dont have a clue how perfect my car ran BEFORE you took this responsibility to fix. Now we wonder if any work was done to it at all at your dealership, After sitting with you for two weeks and $5000 out of our pocket not to mention rental fees, it was returned to me in the same condition that it was when I brought it in, no improvement at all. Then they return the car to me After payment hand me the keys and say here it is leave. It had been sitting under apparently a tree, and I have sap stuck on my car now as well As bird, c*** and pollen and dust, It was in a sorry state. This dealership took advantage of Me and my husband, which are Senior citizens and disabled Vet.. NOT HAPPY !

    "******** , the Service Advisor, was very unprofessional towards customers. She needs to take a customer service class. Throughout the years, my family and I have purchased vehicles from **** and have never experienced customer service like this before. My father's truck was taken to **** all day yesterday.Despite his attempts to reach out to her for an update on his vehicle, she kept saying she was busy. After making three attempts to contact her, he went to the dealership and she said she had been busy and had an attitude when he asked her to just tell him what was wrong with his truck. As a faithful customer, I cannot allow a person to treat anyone in such a manner. I truly hope **** can improve their customer service department.

We value all of our customers and strive to make sure that we exceed all of their expectations. It does not seem like your father received that treatment. We are looking into this matter and will make sure that your father or any other customer receive this treatment.

    **** ********* advertising is full of tricks and lies. When you get there with the flier they explain it. its just marketing is not a lie. Then unfortunately they sold an used car that turn to be more expensive than a brand new car. They have a team that works like scam. They have the ability to keep you there. Until they get the key of your trade in car to check your car. When you perceive you bought their car. The worst part is when you realize through math the value they give to your car in practice is not being deducted from the trade in. You just figure it out when you sit at your home and do all the math. I realized my old car estimate was not deducted from the new car. In my country they call it.. you know what!? Its sad that a hard worker needs to be subjected to such scheme and loose precious hard working dollars.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They mess up information that they enter to the finance company & then blame you! When they are supposed to fix something & give you money back, you will wait FOREVER for it!!! Then when you call & go in expecting them to do what they told you they would do, by the date that they told you they would do it, employees are rude to you about it & don't honor what they're supposed to do!

    Monitor and inspect your vehicle before you leave the lot. The first time I took my car to be serviced each time I went to pick it up, I was told that something else besides what I took it to be serviced for was wrong. RTM kept my car for a month and did not complete the job. Just recently, I took my car to RTM to replace a BUMPER. Someone called and told me to come pick up my vehicle. No one from the shop brought me my car. I had to go look for it. When I found it, the steering column was stuck, so I had to go and get assistance. The mechanic told me it was probably the battery. When we got to the car, the mechanic went to charge my battery, I noticed that the left side of my window was out of the car and taped up. The shop had broken my window and the piece that held the window in place. So, I had to leave my car again to have them fix something they broke. When I went to pick up the car the third time, someone had broken my key and damaged my bumper. I wish I was making this up, but unfortunately I am not. Expect SHODDY workmanship and a lot of lies from this company's employees.

    Purchase a vehicle and called the bank to make a payment. Bank informed me the contract was expired. The bank said that the dealership didn't submit all the paperwork in a timely fashion. So I had to go and resign paperwork. I lost my GAP insurance and the extended warranty from the original purchase. Bad business. Was informed that they knew there was a issue, but I never received a phone call, etc.

    Worst experience of my live on warranty work on my f150 drove it in for transmission problems on September 13 2022 next day I get a phone call asking what the trick is to starting my vehicle, told them I never had an issue with it starting they said they tried jumping it still no start, somehow they diagnose a bad transmission and hub bearings without driving it, two months later they tell me a cracked taillight was causing my truck not to start $1900 hundred dollars later they tell me my bcm was bad, then they tell me my computer was bad, was told by a certified Ford technician that all could be caused by hooking up a jump box wrong, over 3 months later I pick up My truck with over ****** more miles than on the paperwork when dropped off they tell me you got a great deal ****** ***

    Sales Rep ***** asked for the opportunity to earn my business by quoting on a new F150 XLT similar to one that I had received an offer on from another dealership. I shared details on the other offer and ***** supposedly worked on a deal with the Rountree Moore general manager. Their offer was for a similar, new XLT for nearly the same price but it was 4 wheel drive. 3 hours later when I arrived at Rountree Moore, ***** met me in the parking lot to tell me the truck was sold 2 hours ago while I was driving there but assured me they would give me a great deal on a used truck. Then he tried to sell me a new Lariat for $14,000 more than the truck at the other dealer. The next day when I spoke with the general manager, *************************, he eventually admitted Rountree Moore never had a new F150 XLT to sell me, but he felt *****'s dishonesty was fine.
