I had the Piggy cash back app and back in June had a pay out of $83.10 and haven't received any of it, Klarna took the app over in 2021 and can not help me with any of it. Guess, I'm just screwed out of the money I earned. And I believe before they took over the app, I had over $500 accumulated and it all disappeared once they transferred to new company, how convenient. :(Initial Complaint

I received a check from Piggy on 2/8/2023 deposited the said check which in turn bounced. I have now been charged a fee for this. I just received another check in the mail on 2/27/2023 and reached out to find out why I am getting the check and why the first check bounced. I have not gotten a response at all.Initial Complaint

I received my refund check from Piggy LLC for purchases made and within the letter with the check was notified they have moved to Klarna. All good, that change is not affecting me in any way at this point. But when I went to deposit the check, everything looked fine, until a few days later I received a notification that the check was denied. That money was then taken back out of my account AND I was charged a fee for the returned item. I know it is now Klarna that will likely have to deal with this, but I would like this to get resolved in some capacity. While the check itself for the refund was not a large sum by any means ($47.60), I have now lost my own funds due to their negligence. Since there is no way to contact Piggy at this point, hopefully this can be resolved by some means through this platform.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase and utilized the payment app Klarna, who evidently just acquired Piggy LLC. There was a refund from overpayment on purchase and I was notified that they'd refund me and I received a check that I then deposited into my Bank Of America Personal checking account. I received the attached letter that the check was returned causing me to be assessed fees for the returned $24.21 check that had I known was worthless could have disregarded. On 6/20/2022 I sent an email to ****************** to try and get my accumulated savings back of $23.07. I received an auto reply saying they would look at my account and get back to me in 24 hours. I didn't hear back and emailed them again on 7/27/2022. I still have heard nothing and have not received my accrued savings.Initial Complaint

Back in Nov. 2021, I made purchase using piggy site and I was to get my cash back. I have yet to receive. This company has since been purchased by Klarna and they cannot help me. This person was helping me and then went silent: Detlef K************. His email initially advised, it could take 7 business. I have followed up ever since even as recently as last week. He was his initial email: On Mon, Nov 15, 2021, 2:49 AM Detlef K************ wrote: Hi Brian, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the confusion this may have caused you. We confirm that Piggy offers up to 16% cashback with Crayola Experience. Regarding the confusion part on our website, rest assured that this is already escalated to our development team for investigation. Lastly, it takes 7 business days for the merchant to display the transaction, if the transaction did not reflect after the 7 business days, we highly recommend that you may file a missing cashback claim for us to escalate this with the merchant.
