    Back in Nov. 2021, I made purchase using piggy site and I was to get my cash back. I have yet to receive. This company has since been purchased by Klarna and they cannot help me. This person was helping me and then went silent: Detlef K************ . His email initially advised, it could take 7 business. I have followed up ever since even as recently as last week. We sincerely apologize for the confusion this may have caused you. We confirm that Piggy offers up to 16% cashback with Crayola Experience. Kindly make sure that you are logged in and use Piggy exclusively in order for the cashback to be credited to your account. Regarding the confusion part on our website, rest assured that this is already escalated to our development team for investigation. Lastly, it takes 7 business days for the merchant to display the transaction, if the transaction did not reflect after the 7 business days, we highly recommend that you may file a missing cashback claim for us to escalate this with the merchant.     On Feb 22, 2022 I made a purchase through ******** using the joinpiggy.com Chrome extension that promised a 5% cash offer by using their extension while making the purchase. I spent $1923.52 for tickets to*************** at ******* ***** Stadium on May 28th, 2022 with the order number of ***********. I had reached out to joinpiggy.com on Feb. 27 to find out where my cash back was. A person named Joan F. B***** reached back out to me in an email, stating that ******** is an affiliated store that offers 5% cash back. In this same email she informed me that I would have to wait for 7 days to file a missing cash back and that I should wait until after March 4th to check my account again. She also informed me that joinpiggy.com, at this time had transitioned to *********************** and that "Sign-in/Sign-up and MyAccount on our website are now disabled" and " Also, you won't be able to check your earnings in Piggy as our system is undergoing enhancements" She also let me know that if I had any other questions about my cash back I would have to reach out to ****** customer service at*************************** , I reached back out to Joan F. B***** on March 9th, stating that I called ****** customer service, and they are unable to help me because the transaction was not made under their company. In a March 9th, email response back to me, Joan F. B***** asked me for a screenshot of the transaction which I preceded to send to her in an email dated March 10th. I had waited until after the concert had passed and reached out to joinpiggy.com again about my cash back. What I got back from a Michelle C*** from joinpiggy.com, on May 30th, was a standard reply telling me about their acquisition of Piggy. I have sent multiple emails on May 31st, Jun 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 8th and I have yet to get any response from this company.

    I had a cash back account with joinpiggy.com. They were acquired by Klarna. All my cashback information has now disappeared and klarna is saying I have zero cash back waiting for me. This is not true. I had money in my account at joinpiggy and it's all gone. The chrome extension has been taken over by klarna so all my information has disappeared. I have no idea what the actual dollar amount I had is because they got rid of all that when klarna took over.
