Our trucking company has been in business for 3 years, we have 3 good safety inspections overall.Today I tried to sign up with a new broker and he informed me that according to 411 carrier we have no inspection showing and they cannot work with us, because they are afraid of fraud.Initial Complaint

I am bombarded with calls to my personal cell phone from trucking companies day and night for almost 2 years. My personal cell appears on the Carrier411 site for a company AA Express or A&A Express out of ******* SD. When I called Carrier411 they refused to remove my number from their site and they told me they would not help me and blocked my number so I can not call back to discuss. They claim the information comes from the ***** but the ***** is not giving my cell number to companies Carrier411 is providing my number to these companies.Initial Complaint

We are a trucking company and we recieved a bad review on carrier411 website. The company that filed the bad review agreed per email with us that they would remove the bad review that is causing us to lose business and money daily. And even after the person who filed the bad review asked to take it down, Carrier411 just leaves it up and when I try to contact them, us being a carrier, they just block your number immediately without trying to help you at all. The company sells its services as a way to help brokers weed through the untrustworthy carriers, but really it seems by all the reviews and complaints that all it seeks to do is hurt small businesses.Initial Complaint

Inactive authority status with Carrier411. I switched insurance from one insurance provider (18+ months ago) to another insurance provider only to find out that the insurance company didnt file my paperwork in a timely manner, which resulted in my Authority being revoked. After speaking with FMCSA to get my Authority reinstated and waited my 6 months as an new carrier again and then calling brokers to book loads, whom use Carrier411 only to hear your Authority is inactive, I reiterated to the brokers that my Authority is compliant with FMCSA & SAFER and is not inactive to no avail. Ive lost out on $200k plus over the course of the 18 plus months due to negligence of Carrier411 not updating their systems etc. Ive called CARRIER411 on multiple occasions only to get hung up on and number blocked. I finally got through to someone at Carrier411 using my other phone and this gentleman looked up my MC# and stated that hey I shouldnt tell you this, but your Authority is active with FMCSA/SAFER but its showing in Carrier411 system as inactive. I was advised by Carrier411 to let brokers know that they can check FMCSA/SAFER portal and see that Im compliant, but in the meantime that I need to contact FMCSA and get them to send an updated inactive/active Authority list to CARRIER411. I advised the gentleman that sir ***** not my job nor do I have authority to make that claim, only to get the phone hung up again in my face. I called back only to have that contact number blocked. I then called FMCSA and was advised that Carrier411 is an third party application and they have no governing on the tools the Broker use nor do FMCSA sends updates to CARRIER411. Someone please help as ** currently losing out on loads everyday and currently just had to sell one of my trucks to stay afloat. Soon I will be out of business dealing with Carrier411 due to my authority is still in an inactive state.Initial Complaint

They are indicating mis-information about the time line of my business authority implementation of 1/17/2024 The correct information is my authority was opened and business began on 12/17/2021 Due to the false information they are sharing brokers do not want to do business with my company citing that this is a new company FMCSA and SAFER have the correct information so I am very annoyed that Carrier 411 has concocted incorrect and false dates Where did their dates come from? We need this false incorrect information corrected in their database so that the brokers that use Carrier 411 service will get the CORRECT information about ****** LLC ********* **************************** dates Attached is the authority certificate that reflects authority inception date Numerous attempts were made to reach someone in order to rectify this issue and none of the customer service reps will even speak to us. They forward you to a voicemail that is very condescending and unprofessional. I have been the owner of a driver company for 20 years...I have 1 truck. 10 years ago business started to get worse, now I cant take the load at all. I decided to sell the company and found out that 10 years ago the broker wrote that I took the cargo and cash and never delivered it and did not return the money - this is slander! I was attempting to book a load with Choptank Transport and was informed by them that I was flagged by Carrier411 stating that we have a virtual address, and we have a toll free number. The truth is that we do have a physical address and we do have a toll-free number as well as a hardline. The information that was provided was given to make the service they offer valid. Carrier411 did not also tell the broker that we have been business since 2017 and our authority has been active since 2021 with no complaints on our service. They also did not tell the broker that we have truck parking as well which would explain the toll-free number. When I called to try and explain to them that they had inaccurate information I was blocked, and a message was played that stated they will not talk with a carrier for any reason, and they are only reporting the information that they found. I have no idea where this information that they are reporting was found. It is not acceptable to falsely accuse someone of wrongdoing and not have an avenue to verify your information. I understand that there are fraudulent entities doing fraudulent things but lumping everyone into one category is irresponsible and hurts those that you intend to protect. As a small business we have spent years building our reputation, and to have someone come along without consideration and demolish that is unacceptable. We want our name cleared as soon as possible so we will not continue to be marginalized in an already tough industry.
