  ************** We Are a ************************ been in the trucking industry for over 45 years . we used to have up to 10 trucks running, now semi retired to just 1 truck . and we always found our own load. it came to our attention that company's are using Carrier 411 to check on our company and saying we have been in business since 1996 when the trucking industry changed and we have never had any inspections so they will not offer us loads. all lies. we have had a 100s of inspections Good and a few not so good, hired lots of drivers. this is a scam ruining the trucking industry for the small company's. it needs to be investigated for false information. IDK how it got to be in the BBB.....??also letting Brokers looking at our company as a ghost company. This needs to be shut down and investigated.

  We are transportation company from **** , and we do have 100 % clear record, work with all big company's , looks like some brokers did false report for us , and i did call and try to find who did this, when i call and try to talk customer service they just hung up and block my number, This is real fraud group and **** must investigate this company and shut down immediately, or *** must do investigation, and stop discrimination what they do.

  Im having problems as well with this company. Any complaints need to be addressed to ********* ********** of *********** and consumer at **************. They will direct you to a online complaint form which will give them consent to legally represent you. The online form can be accessed at ***************************************************************** Also contact the ** governor's office by a written complaint.Pls do this so we can put a stop to this company. FMCSA is aware of this company and they do not provide carrier 411 with information like they claim they do. They are not regulated by FMCSA so they can't do anything.Contact the above stated agencies.

  Carrier411 is one side review acceptance company, most brokers use this software to report false infomation to ruin a carrier reputation and request funds to remove the comment. I strongly believe they are in business together with carrier 411. I sent proof of emails and facts of how broker is trying to extort us. Requesting $1500 to remove a comment. High Plains Lgosticis gave us a load to pick up from 7 am to 9 am however canceled on us 7:09am because driver did not answer his phone call. WHen we requested TONU he said we double brokered the load. Besically witouth the truck showing up he determined and came to conclusion with his crystal ball that we double brokered. so he used carrier411 to report that comment. knowing Carrier411 does not respond back to carriers and blocks carriers calls. He used them to ruin our reputation so we are forced to pay him. Carrier411 must be shut down.

  My company has lost out on 16 opportunities because of this company's database has glitched on our file not correcting their database to match the FMCSA website. Our Trucking Authority is 1.5 years old not 8 months like carrier411 is reporting. FMCSA website is showing correctly, Carrier411 is not. I guess the only way to get this company to reponse is if we hire an attorney.

  Carrier411 is giving false information at the brooker showing that I don’t have MC . Well I have Active MC seen 2020. I think this company discriminate some carriers. Now I not able to book any load because of that

  This company is the reason why Thousands of small carriers went out of business by providing false and retaliatory reports from brokers, I was one of them and waiting for the day this company goes out of business

  They have submitted Freight guards against me with no proof whatsoever affecting my business on my way of living because Brokers woke up in the wrong side of the bed and this stupid company just goes along with it affecting hard-working American people

  truck inspection is biggest reason why i can't get job due to reporting from this called carrier 411 company. I do have one but they don't wanna upload it to the site so it can be seen by brokers . carrier 411 needs to be shut down because there is big number truckers that have same issue like us. carrier 411 has per recorded massage that is 3 min log about threatening to block your number and for trucking company not to contact them for anything .The biggest fraud in the industry is building a fraud database!! And they get paid to be in business.

  Carrier411.com is a menace and practically a tabloid company allowing anyone who will pay their fee to post inaccurate, false information about any company. They take no ownership or responsibility in the posting and their rude over the phone when you call to get a resolution. It's unbelievable that they're even able to do have this manner of company exist.
