I paid 5 star building inspectors for a inspection and the one who contacted the company was a realtor from ****************************** 12/22 on my roof and per their report ******* was 3 years only. I paid for a new 4 point inspection to obtain a cheaper mortgate rate and the inspector advise the roof is over 20 years old and last permit was 2o years old and the previous inspection could of pull the estimate as well. I am afraid that my realtor from ***************************** did not due her due dligence as well

****, the client was informed at the time of the inspection, that the roof was recoated within the last 3-5 years. It was subsequently marked off as 3-5 years of age in the reports, as most insurers accept coated roofs. There is a reason why the report, which the client has uploaded, states the roof has a life expectancy of ~ 5 years remaining. If the roof was only 3-5 years of age, the report would state an estimated remaining life expectancy of *****+ years.

Screenshot from the report with the estimated remaining life expectancy and pictures showing the roof has clearly been coated.
