    On 2/23/24 I ordered an outdoor kitchen from Signature Kitchens AKA Outdoor Kitchen Guy. I paid the company $28,887.33 which was 50% of the overall project. The first part of the kitchen was NatureKast outdoor cabinets. They were supposed to be ordered after the deposit was made, and arrive in 12 weeks. I checked multiple times with the company and they assured me everything was ordered and on schedule but the time the cabinets were expected came and went. I sent emails, made phone calls and no response. Months later in June I was told the bookkeeper didn't pay the invoice so the cabinets weren't ordered when they were supposed to. At this point it was obvious that I was lied to when asking for updates because if the company checked they would have found out much sooner than months. Months later in Sept 24', delivery finally occurs for the cabinets. As the delivery company unloaded I noticed that they were the wrong cabinets. I contacted the company and spoke with the owner ***** immediately. He attempted to get me to keep the cabinets and he would take care of it by painting them or taking them apart and putting new pieces on to make them what I ordered. When I told him I wanted him to order the correct cabinets or refund my money he refused and has not answered my messages since. How does a company like this stay in business? They have nearly $30k of my money and I have received nothing. They refuse to reorder the correct cabinets. Despite being months late now they won't even fix their mistake. Buyer Beware!

    February 9, 2024, $10,174.98 was paid as a downpayment, after receiving the initial proposal, for the FULL outdoor kitchen at my new home in ******, *******. The job started late in April with only the shell of cabinets installed and then the job stopped even though I paid the remaining $7,852.85 (total below) in March. No other work has been done since then. I have called the business several times. No one answered the phone and no longer had VM capabilities. No answers to my texts and several emails as well. NO EXCUSE for delay or non-compliance. The only email response is informing me that they are holding meetings and would get back to me regarding the "next step." There is never a next step. The job was expected to be completed 90 days after the initial payment. They have not attempted to make any more strides toward completion at all (it's always a new story or run-around).
