On 7/29/24, I received a letter from the ********** of Treasury stating my Social Security check would be garnished beginning in Sept. 2024 due to an outstanding debt I supposedly had with the ****************************** I called the number for the ***** of Treasury listed on the letter at 13:30 and spoke to *******. She advised me someone took out a fraudulent *** loan, apparently in my name, for $18,239 and it was deposited on 4/22/21 into someones account ************************* ******* ************************************************************* **************.I have never taken a loan from the *** or any other government entity. I have tried calling Fountainhead three days in a row - speaking to ****, *******, and *******. All three told me I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I have not received any return call from Fountainhead. In speaking to the 3 supposed Fountainhead "representatives", I was informed by all that they were only an answering service, and there was no direct phone number to call Fountainhead. It appears to me Fountainhead has been facilitating fraudulent loans, and then failing to contact the victims of their fraud when it is found out.

In April of 2021, I took out an SBA Paycheck Protection Program forgivable loan of $18,358.00. I applied for this loan via the Womply website and my lender was Fountainhead CC. In late August of this year, I received an email from the SBA stating that my PPP loan was eligible for direct forgiveness, so I immediately went onto the SBA website to apply for forgiveness, only to receive the message that my loan was NOT eligible for direct forgiveness, which was completely contradictory to the email that they had just sent me. Therefore, I called Fountainhead and spoke with a representative, who emailed me the forgiveness form to fill out and email back to her. She said that she would then submit it to the SBA. This was on August 31, 2022. I immediately filled out this form and sent it back to the representative, whose name was Najmah De G*****, and I never heard a word back from her, so I assumed that she had submitted it to SBA. However, much to my surprise, today, Saturday, October 29, 2022, I received an email from Fountainhead with the subject of "Demand Letter Loan ***********." This email states that my loan is now due in full and that I have 10 days to either submit payment or submit for forgiveness. I ALREADY DID THIS 2 MONTHS AGO!!! I am NOT going to play these games. I have enough going on in my life right now, between my husband of 22 years very suddenly and unexpectedly passing away 4 months ago as well as being in the process of moving, so I am NOT going to deal with this sort of nonsense for a nanosecond. I SENT YOU PEOPLE THE APPLICATION FOR FORGIVENESS ON AUGUST 31, 2022, and it was emailed directly to the above named representative, who had emailed me the form to fill out and send back to her. CLEARLY, nothing was ever done with my forgiveness application as I am now receiving this "demand" email. If this is not taken care of IMMEDIATELY, I will be taking legal action and will include my state's Attorney General's office & state senator.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/31) */ Najmah did receive and respond to not only the initial email ******* sent to her on 8/31/2022, Najmah also received and responded to a second email from ******* on 9/29/2022. Both emails included the ***** form that needed to be filled out and returned in PDF form, Najmah has yet to receive this form from EITHER email. Najmah has also on multiple occasions called and left ******* voicemails. We AGAIN will send ******* a ***** form that she can fill out and return back to us so we can submit it to the SBA on their behalf. This document is REQUIRED to be filled out by a borrower seeking forgiveness of their PPP loan. As the lender, we cannot do this. SBA (as mandated by Congress) put this requirement in place, not Fountainhead.

I took out two small PPP loans each about a thousand dollars. I have tried to pay my loan payment for 2 months now as Fountainhead finally started sending us invoices stating our monthly payments. However, rather than auto debiting our payments from our account they are only allowing us to use a company called Stripe which has a customer approval rating of 1 out of 5 for as It has zero customer service. I have completed all of the steps with Stripe multiple times and verified my bank account several times , but this company keeps sending me paynow links that do not work. So I am not being allowed to make my payments and I am sure that this is also happening to many others so please also complain if you are experiencing the same issues. The SBA should force Fountainhead to autodebit our payments instead of outsourcing gov loan info to Stripe which is likely foreign owned as they have no phone number to call. When you complain to Stripe by Email they respond by locking your account so that you have no chance of paying and say that I have to take a picture of my driver's license and send it to this foreign company, I am not doing that. Every PPP loan payment should be autodebited monthly none of us should stress about this Stripe nonsense for a gov loan. Thanks

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/06) */ ******* was approved and funded for two PPP loans, one in March and the other April of 2021. Despite repeated emails, text messages, post cards, and other communications, she has not filed for forgiveness during the designated covered period. It appears that her phone number provided in her original documents is no longer in service. Lance S***** has exchanged multiple emails with ******* encouraging her to file for forgiveness and providing the phone number to Abby in our Finance Department who would be able to assist her with the payment process. ******* stated to Lance on October 3rd that she has left a message with Abby. At this time Abby has yet to receive communication from *******. We regret if ******* is not satisfied with Stripe and the 3 options they give to make payments electronically, however she is always able to mail a payment directly to us Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/10/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have called Abby thrice she does not answer or return my calls, I have left my new number. I want to pay my payments via autodebit- why can't I and others do this? All other businesses can do an aitodebit- why not Fountainhead. Stripe is not an acceptable company to use as they have no phone number and no customer service so they send pay now links that do not work. I will noy accept any answer from this company until I am allowed to pay my loan payments. *****
