    On January 8, 2024 I paid $2000 for 6 weeks of my vacation property through ***. *** promised they could sell my weeks for $1800- 1900 a week. This contract was for 180 days, if not taken they would advertise for another 180 days. The sales person said, " I'm 110% sure they will sell".Oh how I wish I had read the reviews because my story is exactly like everyone else! The handful of offers were never available. 4 months ago when I complained this was not working as advertised and asked for my money they promised they would make my properties a priority and offer better properties. Well I have not heard a word. I called today and the receptionist offered to have someone return my call. After reading the reviews I won't hold my breath. This company is obviously a scam and should be shut down!

    In December 2023 I received a call from Points Payment Management- the offer was to sell my 6 weeks of vacation to buyers looking for corporate stays. They asked for payment up front of $300/per week with a return on the booked weeks of $1600 ea. I would receive payments after the first 90 days or 6 months. The company asked for confirmation bookings and I confirmed dates as required. The responses I got was that the company then declined the bookings. After 6 months. I asked for my money back as no bookings ever resulted and therefore no expenses were ever incurred on my account. This went on for a seconds 6 months each time I called I told them They were frauds and at the rate the requests were trickling in, no way would they book the 6 weeks. I wrote and I phone asking for my money back several times. I was told over phone that I could be refunded money. But I have not heard back the 1 year was up on December 2024. My bank cannot reverse charges on the C/C.

    We were contacted by payment points mang to do business beside them with a 100% guarantee to make back what we invested and then some, they were very slow to find us contracts , we only got one every 2 weeks it seemed, once we received a contract it ALWAYS got turned down by the customer every time we called for an update they asked us to be patient as they were working on more contracts , we never successfully signed a contract it has been over a year and they ceased all communication with us with no explanation after assuring us over and over, we are seeking a full refund of 1200

    The company reached out to me regarding guarantying renting my Wyndham time share extra weeks vacation, four weeks time share - they charged me a $399 reservation fee for each week and $100 per week insurance, totaling to $1596. I was promised a complete refund if they were unable to rent it out. Their initial term was 180 days and then they extend it another 180 days. Each week was to be rented for $1600.The company failed to rent any of the promised time - they sent a few requests to book the resort - however, the requested dates always were so close that none of the requested resorts were ever available. At the end of the contract, I made requests for refunds, but no response. My calls were never answered. This is a fraudulent company - I would like my money back and this letter should warn other customers.

    I agreed to sale them my RCI Points through ************ Vacations with promised that I could make triple the amount of money. they stated if they couldn't find buyers they would guarantee me a certain amount. Whenever I call, the promise to return to no avail. Sometimes they "accidently " hangup on me or keep me on hold for long periods of time so that I get tired and hangup. This transaction began the for quarter of 2024.

    We were contacted on January 8, 2024 by PPM salesperson ********* who guaranteed that he could rent up to 6 *** get-away weeks corporations for conferences and giveaways for $1800/week. He stated that they "absolutely" would be able to rent out all 6 weeks "no problem" saying that that this was a guaranteed opportunity that he would sell "to his own mother". We were charged $300/week for 6 weeks and the salesperson guaranteed that offers would be "rolling in" within 90 days as that was how long their current inventory of weeks was projected to last. We were told that they had up to a year to rent the weeks (that if after the 1st 180 days weeks remained, they would do another 180 days at no cost) but that was just a formality as that long was "really never needed."Despite repeated assurances from PPM representatives guaranteeing that we would receive viable offers and urging us to be patient each time we contacted them (likely in order to stall us from taking action), the only so-called "offers" we ever received were for destinations that had no availability and alternative locations meeting the criteria were never accepted. Each time we complained, requesting cancellation and our money back, we were told that our account would be noted to increase the number of offers and that a manager would call us to discuss our dissatisfaction. We were never contacted and did not receive a single legitimate offer.

    Our contract is dated 9/26/23. Points Payment Management promised to market our RCI "bonus weeks". We received 4 requests, but *** had no availability. I began calling the company on 12/5/24, placed 2 calls, as I had not heard from them since 7/10/24. I called 6 times on 12/6/24 and twice on 12/11/24. Each time I was assured that someone would return my calls, but they did not. Though the contract says it's for 180 days, I was assured that the company would continue to work to market our weeks. I questioned the legitimacy of the company on several occasions as was assured of such.We are seeking as refund as noted below as a resolution.Please contact me if I can be of further assistance with regard to this claim Sincerely,***** M **********

    Points Payment Management will not answer my calls regarding its guarantee. Its been a year and they have booked no resorts as promised, even when units were available. I see many many similar complaints in BBB records. I responded to every offer within 24hrs, most within hours. A refund was promised if it didnt work out. It hasnt.
