I went to a ShotVet event for my pet cat on 02/15/25 where he received his shots and I was notified by the veterinarian that the records for his vaccinations would update online within 24 hours. As of 02/17/2025 there has been no update on the online portal for my pets records nor is anyone available for assistance on the customer service line they provide. I would love to be patient and wait for the records to finally update hopefully, but I need to use these records as proof of vaccination to my leasing company. ShotVet does not provide a valid email for contact or have anyone attending their phones to speak with.Business Response

January 31, 2025 I prepaid for pet services for my 164 pound dog. The medication only covers body weight of 123 pounds. I purchased 2 strengths to cover the animals weight. The company with held my order due to the 2 medications as it appeared I was purchasing for 2 separate animals. They have the records for this dog(pertaining to body weight) and should have been able to determine this was for one dog. The purpose of prepaying is to skip the line. this did not happen either. When I asked to speak to a manager today for the delay in processing of the order, I was informed no managers are available. I would like to speak with a manager or supervisor to ensure this does not continue. It is important that the dog gets these preventatives consistently and this delay could cause an interruption in that preventative treatment.Business Response

Absolutely.Amazing.I just spoke with ***** from the spot that spoke about the issue that I had when I and I paid for a pop up event for my dog**;s Vaccinations and paid for up front twelve months of protect. Not only was I questioned As if I was trying to skin, they have also not been truthful to what they have.Told me that the ******* has already been shipped out from my initial visit at the beginning of the month.I still do not have the *******.I had a ************ me about a week ago saying he was going to get back with me.On possibly gifting me heart guard for my dog due to all of the racial inconvenience Not only did he not call me back. I called in today to *****, just to follow-up. Because I still don**;t have the bravetta. Then he goes to tell me that I can possibly come to their office and pick it up tomorrow after he speaks with the manager. **** to see if it**;s available. I Express that I will not be driving to pick up any bravetta. Because again, spot vet is continuing to put me at an inconvenience when I paid for a delivery service. And I do not have what I paid for so ***** immediately. ****. Well, we**;re just refund the money for the bravada. Then I asked him to send me a prescription.He said they don**;t do ******* then I asked how would I get my bravector he was unconcerned.Basically I would have to pay another vet to get a prescription to get revecca for my dog so spot.That is only looking out for themselves.Not for our fur babies very disappointing. We do not deny prescription requests. We have checked everywhere....there is no request from 800 Petmeds. They just need to call us, and we will of course approve the prescription so you can have your pet products sent by them. You may want to reach out to them directly. Again, you have been given some incorrect information....this is approved once they reach out to us.

My Dog received her shots on 12/14/24. They failed to add the rabies shots to the medical records. I called 3 times to request a revised certificate and they have not corrected this. Now my Dog has an ear infection and I Cant even take her to the vet because her shots are not up to date. I would have been better off getting her shots elsewhere.Business Response

I made an appointment to get my dog all of her shots today (11/17/24) at 5p. Since my girlfriend got off later than expected, we called them to ask if we could come after our appointment slot and we were told that they would be there until 6p. I arrived at the location at 5:30p and I was the only customer there. I hopped out of my car and immediately approached the van. The lady asked what my dog name was and began to weigh her. She asked for the email I used to pay and I gave it to her. After a few minutes of standing there as she tapped on her tablet, she told me that there was an issue with my profile and she would have to call for them to fix it. I understood and told her Id be sitting in my car until she was ready for me (I parked directly next to the van leaving one parking space in between us). Over 30 mins passed and no one came over and said anything to me but I noticed that they were packing a couple of things up into their van. I got back out of my car at 6:07 and asked if there was any progress made. The lady informed me that she was told that it was fixed but she still couldnt pull it up for some reason until SUDDENLY she says wait, here it is. Another worker then approached me and told me their Vet left at ** and that I would have to wait until next time. This obviously left me confused and very frustrated seeing as though I had already been there waiting and wasnt assisted because of an issue on their end. I voiced how this would be leaving me inconvenienced and the lady just continued to regurgitate the same information saying the vet left and they wouldnt be able to do it. After spending $205, waiting 40 mins, wasting gas, & having to wait another week to get the service I paid for, all I was offered was that my dog would be priority next time. This was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had and one of the WORST customer service Ive been given. This showed me how little yall value your customers. On 9/28/2024, I prepaid for the Four Paws vaccination package online through the Shot Vet services. I paid $288 ($139/dog) for my 2 Dobermans. The instructions noted that the vaccination record would take 24 hrs to generate after services rendered. I went to the pop up vet location as instructed on 9/29/2024, at 130pm. I had to provide my information all over again since, as the vet technician noted, my order was not showing in the system. She said it takes 24 hrs for the account to update. My 2 Dobermans received their vaccination service as advertised and I received the 2 rabbie tags as well. I asked the vet how would I receive the vaccination record. She informed me that I would be emailed within 24hrs. The following day on **/1/2024, I logged into my account and my pet information, order, nor shot records were not displaying in my account. I called the customer service number and was informed that it takes ************************************* the system. I have been calling the customer service number all day and its saying I am #** in the call que, but when I am next in-line, the call system states that no one is available to take the call and the call is dropped. I have yet to see any updates in my online account and my calls are not being answered and dropped by the system. Shot Vet appears to be a SCAM. I am demanding the receipt of my pets shot records.Business Response

I saw the signs for "discounted" shots for my kitten. I paid $204.00 for 3 rounds of shots. No one showed up to the location that was reserved through them and my boyfriend waited for an hour in the parking lot. I called to request a refund and they said they would issue one. It's been over a week and since my boyfriend has passed away. I still have not received a refund and this is beyond unacceptable! I have tried multiple times to call and get put on hold for 45 min to over an hour only to get hung up on. I want a full refund asap.Business Response

My dog *** had rabies shot with the veterinary clinic on 6/22/2024. *** is having surgery Wednesday the 25th . All I need is the vaccine form for the rabies. I have made several phone calls and emails. The standard answer has been we will fix the issues and email the vaccine form. How many more times do you have to call a company to do the right thing. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wish it could have been dealt with the first call I made back in June, several days after the event. And after the 4 phones calls last week and this week. Please reeducate your staff so this doesnt happen to someone else. They seemed very helpful on the phone but no follow through. They kept saying the manager had to fix the issue as no vaccine form was made at the time of the shot. I hope to be able to continue doing business with your business as my dog love your staff at the events and its very convenient to us humans.
