            I ordered flea meds never sent them credited back my account said my dog. Needed to be seen or at least weighed to get meds. I took my crippled dog in and got her weighed and paid again $85 for 3 month supply. They said they would send them out they did not have them on them. Ive waited a week reached out several times @ ************** waited 30 minutes on 2 calls on Friday @10:45am got hung up on both times. No one will answer calls to give me any information on my dogs medication. This is a horrible way to do business. Our pets deserve to be taken care of and this is just terrible customer service.

            On August 4, 2024, I encountered considerable frustration with ShotVet at their *********************** location. I traveled 40 minutes with my very large dog for a scheduled appointment from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Although the mobile clinic did arrive, they departed well before the conclusion of their designated time, leaving me and my dog in vain anticipation. This premature departure, coupled with the lack of any prior notification, significantly disrupted our plans and rendered my extensive journey futile.The inadequate communication regarding their early departure and the overall mismanagement of the situation were deeply disheartening. Despite being present within the appointed time frame, I was unable to access the services for which I had made the effort to drive such a distance. My attempts to resolve the matter through customer service only exacerbated the issue. I engaged with two representatives, including a supervisor, but received no substantive assistance or resolution. This experience starkly reveals deficiencies in ShotVet's operational management and customer service protocols. I strongly advise seeking alternative veterinary services to circumvent similar issues and ensure more reliable care.
