      02/02/22 Enter the contract for $1995.00 for *** one transport to deliver my fifth wheel from **************** to ************. And the driver they sent was not properly licensed. My RV was removed from the driver and parked in a lot halfway through. I had to wait 3 days for a new driver while I was ignored. Completely stranded in our car and ended up getting a new driver finally, and paying an extra $1000 and losing 2 days of our reserved paid for campsite in ************. Not to mention being without a place to stay for 2 nights. ***** completely ignored calls texts. Emails...i am due a refund of a minimum of $1000. I have sent a certified letter to him directly with no response. Also sent a venmo request with no response. Next I will file with the court

      On 3/23/23, I contracted with USA1 transport to transport my fifth wheel camper from one location to another, a 26 mile journey. The transport was scheduled for 4/1/2023.***** quoted me a cost of $395, with $195 deposit. On 3/24, they drafted the deposit for $206.70 from my account. On 3/31, the day before my pickup, I contacted USA1 on two occasions to get contact information for the driver. I was told by ****************** that they could not reach dispatch to get that information for ************ would call me with it.We waited all day on Sat 4/1 for contact or a driverand no one showed up or even called. I left multiple messages, ************* without response, on Sun 4/2 I tried to contact again & finally someone text me back & said to contact them on Monday to work it out & they would make it right. Meanwhile, I had a campsite reserved that I was paying for but not occupying. And on text they asked for my daily rate on campsite, as I would be anticipating compensation from them for this.On Monday, when I finally got in touch with ***** again, he said he couldnt find a driver that wanted to do the move for that price he quoted ******* was searching to find someone. I expressed to him that I needed the move done by Wednesday. He told me later that day that he might have a driver that could move my rig the next Saturday which was 4/8 & the day before Easter, but he wasnt making any money on the deal as the broker because the driver wanted the entire amount of $395 to do the job. He then asked me to call him on Tues to remind him to see if the driver would commit to the next weekend. After speaking with him, I decided that I didnt want to wait for him to see if he could find a driver and cancelled the service. I have sent multiple emails, texts & calls to inquire about my refund of deposit since no driver was assigned I am entitled to that at minimum from USA1 according to contract. Frankly they should also ********* days for campsite not used.

      BE AWARE! I used this broker to move a bucket truck from SD to *********** with no issues at all. the price was high but we wanted the equipment ASAP so we can get to work, no problem. I gave him the down payment The truck came to me no issue-This was 2 yrs prior. I bought another piece of equip from WA state dec 22 and needed it shipped ASAP so I called *** 1 again looked up the specs of the equipment said oh its a little farther than ************ we can do it for around the same price just a little bit more, said theyll get me it ASAP I pay the down payment calls me back and says instead of $8k he can do it for close to 14k again I said fine get me the unit so I can get to work. He then without my consent ran my card for an approx additional $1,500.00. Called him he explained the driver needed money upfront, I said fine just keep things going. That was Friday I called Monday morning and he gave me some BS excuse that he needs some more time because the driver could not be there blah blah blah this went on for a week. every time I would call he said just give me an hour just, give me an hour I got you bro and it got us nowhere. I nicely asked for a refund and he said that he does not work for free and hung up. He then said he was changing locations and could not do a refund and the excuses began to escalate nonstop to the point I had to contact my bank and lawyer who are actively working on the issue. I am beyond disgusted at this guys behavior. Freight broker companies you have to be extremely careful with which I have learned my ****** and now with the way the world is going there is double brokering and all kinds of scams like this guy is actively doing to people. Come to find out from a reliable source that knows of this shady company he was trying to find somebody to move this unit for ***** so he can keep the difference. I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately He is going to scam others thankfully I hired an attorney ASAP and its getting resolved

      On Thursday December 22 **************** called USA1 TRANSPORT to transport an oversize load a piece of heavy equipment. On Friday December 23 we called and told *********************** we needed $1500.00 for Permits, he agreed we proceeded. Come Monday December 26th Customer called and stated he wanted to cancel in addition he wanted a refund, One of our employees submitted the request as mentioned in the text to **************** unfortunately it was declined due to Permits being ordered and Driver being Dispatched. Contract states once load has been dispatched no refunds. We Called ************************* and explained the situation. we told him we can give him a credit, at that time he started to use vulgar language. He went as far as threating are employees. We had no choice but to call the Police and make a police report against ****************. There Is a current Case right now against **************** with the *************** **************** We are in fear of are lives.

      On June 9, 2022 we ordered transport service to move a 5th wheel travel trailer. We paid the deposit fee. We received our order number via email. We were to be contacted by a driver. Needless to say we did not receive a call or a driver for the scheduled move date June 12, 2022. The following day I contacted them. They admitted to not sending out our order or ever contacting a driver. I requested that I received a full credit of all charges to my credit card. They refused and stated they would only issue me a check. I said this was not acceptable and to credit back my card. They put the owner on the phone and he approved my request. I stated I wanted an email confirming the agreement of refunding my deposit for services I did not receive. I stated they had to the end of the day for me to receive the email. This phone call was made June 13, 2022 and was recorded and I stated my call was. Today is June 15th. All my emails are being ignored an unanswered and I have not received any confirmation my money is being refunded. This is theft of services!!

      I hired USA1 Transport on 3/3/2022 to move my 5th wheel RV from *************************, ********************************************************************, to ***************, *******************************************************. Transaction was through agent ****** *************). Driver to be *** *********** not in service now). Cost quoted $2,095.00. $545 up front. Am Express charge was $569.52, 3/3/22. Contract, receipt, Express charge available. Remaining $1,550 to be paid by cashiers check at delivery. Pick up date: 4/27/22. Delivery date 4/29/22. Called ****** about 12 days before move to confirm amount due. He confirmed amount but had me call *** for name on check. *** said Universal Transport. He said he would call me two days prior to arrange pick up and delivery times. No call on day of 4/25/22. Called *** late afternoon 4/25/22. Box full message. Called ****** 4/25/22. Box reported full but ****** called me immediately. Gave ****** my name and said I couldnt reach ***. ****** replied hold on a second and hung up. No one ever called. No one came to pick up my RV. My RV is my home.I went on web for Universal Transport and it says business closed permanently. I called USA1 and asked for the broker/owner. A man named ***** returned my call saying he was the owner. I asked him to return my deposit. He said no but would try to make arrangements. Last contact with USA1. I scheduled a move on 5/16/22 with One Call Transport. I have now paid Road Runner $597.33 for my extra time here. I also paid $600 for the month in **. I will use about half and loose about $300.I would like to get the payment to USA1 returned. If possible, Id like the $897.33 additional costs paid.

      USA1 Transport has refunded the deposit amount of $569.52 back to the card used. Things happen on the road and things break was the reason for the delay of the driver and we have no control over these things. You will  have a credit here at USA1 Transport in the amount of $569.52 to use towards any future transport.
