    I paid ****** ********* $2,900 to install a new sprinkler system for our home. He said he was from **************************, but I later learned that his original company's name was MGC Lawn and Pest Control which has several outstanding complaints and a D- rating on BBB. I'm adding ********************* to BBB so that the two companies can be linked and people know who they're dealing with.Marvin's method is to do half the work (no telling if it's correct because he's never around to test it) and then disappear with the money he's been advanced when he knows that he can't squeeze you for more. I fell for the up-front payment for the entire amount and was left with a half-completed, untested mess. He hasn't responded in 2 weeks and his history shows that he never will.

    The only records I have of payment are through Venmo to ******** ***** who was the President of MGC Lawn and Pest Control and continued to act in that capacity for ********************** Please find attached Venmo Documentation. ****** ********* provided no invoice and directed me to send the money to ********** Venmo account.

    We paid an $1,800 deposit on 4/15/22 for materials for work to be completed in our back patio around our pool. We also paid them another $500 a week later. We were having a issue with weeds coming through the pavers in the patio.******************************* said that they would put sand in the cracks between each paver and then put a sealant on top.The work was never completed and we havent been able to get a response from them for two weeks on the completion time frame. They also made big mess. We are trying to recover our money back at this point or have them complete the work by the end of this week on 5/13/22

    On March 7th 2022 I hired ****** to replace my irrigation pump. He told me it would be $450. I proceeded a Zelle payment for that amount on that day. He mentioned that he was have it done in a week. Three weeks past and he didnt replace it nor call me. We was ignoring my calls then called me back in April 7th and said it was going to be more for the pump and wanted another $100. I processed another Zelle for the $100 (total of $550). He then said the pump would be replaced that weekend. It was not. Its May 6th 2022 and the pump has not been replaced and he is ignoring my calls and text messages. Over the past two months my grass and landscaping began to die in many places and I was scared that I would have to replace the grass or landscaping and that would cost me more money. I was forced to hire another company to replace the pump which they did in two days. ****** still is ignoring my calls and will not pay me back. I have all the Zelle payments and text messages as record that he was hired to replace my pump and has not.

    We hired ******, the owner of this company a few months ago to landscape, sod, repeair our sprinkler system, and maintain our lawn. Although he didnt keep his word on pricing, we were able to get it finished after a lot of follow **** Shortly after, which is February 2022 we received a ***** water ****. We had him come out and he stated it was not the sprinklers he just repaired. After paying another company. They identified and fixed the sprinkler leak, that was caused by his repairs. We have now received over ***** in water bills for those months where he would not take responsibility and he will not pay. We also have not been able to get him back to repair our fence he damaged, or maintain the new sod as promised, which is causing it to die. We are attempting to collect the water ****, the repair from the other sprinkler company for their repairs, reimbursement for the fence repair, and to just come finish the job to maintain the ****** in landscaping he put in. He is non responsive to all of our texts and calls since we asked him for the money.
