I signed up for service with *** in September of 2023. It states clearly in their website that do monthly reporting to the credit bureaus. To begin service I had to submit a credit application and once approved a $7,500 credit line was to be reported each month. Initially I had problems with my bank releasing my payment and multiple times I was unable to manually pay my invoice. I had no problem getting a return call or response to my email. In June of this year I discover that *** had not reported my credit line. It took multiple calls, but eventually I was told that no credit line had been reported because I had not completed the credit application. I resubmitted the application and still no reporting. I have been attempting to reach someone to assist me for over a month. I schedule a call and no one shows up. I have scheduled three. No response to emails. Now they are saying that my account has a past due balance of $124.00. Which I am disputing because the payment leaves my bank account each month. I just want what I was promised and I do not to be over charged.Initial Complaint

I have been with this company for over the past 8 months within the 8 months the customer service team has done an horrible job at completing the simplest tasks, neglected to update old data on my business account resulting in no payments been made due to their systems not allowing you to update info which will shows a negative business credit profile. I am not able to update my billing payment method at all. I have a charge on my account for the $150 thats unexplainable; I paid it at sign up im suppose to pay only $24.95 monthly but cant pay it because their system wont let me do a password reset and no one i mean no one is avaliable to chat, or email or text to adjust this problem. NO ONE IS REACHABLE! The company refuse to reply to any email, never answers the phone, the text by chat is ran by a minor that only suggest to call or email.Customer Answer

I paid for the services today on 05/05/2023 to get a number for my business and when I tried to log back in to my account, I didnt have access and it said that neither my password nor my username was associated with that site and I had just created the account and yet they charged my account $149.99. When I tried calling, the phone rings out then hangs up on you. No virtual assistant or anything. They are literally stealing peoples money and not getting any repercussions behind it. This is ridiculous. I want a full refund and to discontinue my services with this fraudulent company. They dont provide what theyre advertising in any way. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to stay a business ever!!!Initial Complaint

referred someone to them for business phone line.. As soon as he was charged and tried to sign into account he could not. we tried to call for weeks no answer. I left voice messages and no response. Went to log into my account to find out it was permanently closed..bad business. they charged him $149.00Business Response

Hello,
Upon checking on system, this customer was sign up last 02/08/2023 . Her account still active since, and we also sending email to her registered email address. If she happen to call us and no one assist over the phone, she can also send emails or chat on our website so we can assist her. Yes, we do charge her $149 for the Membership fee to start with us. And refund can only be done after a week or 7days after sign up. We also send to her registered email all her Account Information for her to have a copy about her account.

I purchased a membership for their phone plan the week of 09/22/2022. The website gave me an error when trying to finish the account. When I tired to reset my password I received a "your account is blocked" message. Their website isn't very user-friendly.After initial troubleshooting, I tried to get support from their contact *************** When you call their business line nobody picks up the ********* haven't received a response from the multiple voicemails I've left within the past 2 weeks. I cancelled this service within two days of signing up. Every month I get a bill saying there's a past due balance with the amounts getting higher and higher. When I called inquiring about the bills, I was told there was no indication I cancelled the service and the past due balance would have to be paid to cancel. I have not used this service and want it cancelled.Business Response
