    Dear *** or Madam I'd like to file a complaint against that Auto Supplies store, as they have sold me a wrong spray for my auto headlight restoration project, namely a ************ Clear Acrylic 368 ****, which caused my driver headlight to become foggy, after properly preparing the headlight, and masking surrounding area for the application of this spray. When I saw the results, I decided to go back to the ** Mobile Auto Supplies store, to return that product, but I was refused to get my money back, and I was rudely told to leave their store immediately. On my receipt, dated 26 November 2022, I was charged $43.87 for two products, the ************ Clear Acrylic 368 **** and a can of custom paint for my ******* Elantra 2017 vehicle. The items on the receipt are shown as 1 custom item, and from my understanding, this is the reason of why I'm being denied to return just that 1 spray. The lady that at the counter, who introduced herself as the owner of this store, behaved very rudely towards me, and told me to leave "because she has other customers waiting".When I visited another store with that kind of supplies, I was told that I've been given a wrong product for my headlight restoration project, as this one shouldn't be used for this purpose, I had to get a SprayMax 2K Clear Glamour 368 0061.I'd like to ask BBB to help me in getting my money back for the purchase of one of the items from ** Mobile Auto Supplies store, as I was given wrong product by their team members, and they refused to admit to their fault, and act like customer friendly ************************'d like to attach a receipt from the store, together with a picture of how my driver headlight looks after the application of WRONG spray, and how my passenger headlight looks in comparison. I want to mention that I did not work on the passenger headlight.

    We are very sorry for what happened to the client and we always provide good service to our clients, these clients arrived with a very bad attitude and bad behavior, especially the lady's husband, I personally tried to help him and explain how the product was how to be  applied, but the man with very bad attitude and in a derogatory way he claimed that he knew how to do it.We has a store are not responsible for the misapplication or manipulation of the products that we sell.  We have in store policy that all sales are final once you leave the store.  Thanks a lot .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I wasn't aware that the sales in this store are "final". I have explained in my initial message on how I'd like this matter to be resolved; I'd like to get a refund for the wrong type of spray that was sold to me. 

    I'm not sure how much that spray cost exactly, because of the "custom" receipt, that doesn't reflect 2 purchased products, only 1 final price - $43.87.

    I'm not sure what else there is to add, the only side "manipulating" in this scenario is the ** Mobile Auto Supplies, they're not able to admit to the mistake on their part.
