    Im on the do not call list yet I receive multiple calls every single day for months probably more than a year and every time its exactly the same thing where some foreign call center representative transfers me to this company and they ask me exactly the same questions Ive informed their representatives at least ***************************************************** and then Im not interested but yet they keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling calling Im pretty sure that its illegal to call someone thats on the do not call list they are obviously a scam a lot of the things that they tell you are obviously a scam they withhold the name of the company or I will straight out the lie about what company they represent and I have to pretend like Im interested just to get the name of the company so I can leave this bad review extremely sketchy I hope someone shuts them down or they get sued because its way out of line

    This company has repeatedly called my business line, up to 4 times a day. I have asked them to take me off and they curse at me and hang up. I have called them back and been cursed at again. They are trying to scam me with ****** listing services.

    We received a phone call from a Web Listing Solutions employee, ********* who at the time represented themselves as ****** to discuss purchasing a business listing on ******'s web site, I later came to find these listings are not charged by ******. On August 23 2022, our **** was charged $602.57 (CDN) by Web Listing Solutions. On August 26 2022, we received a phone call from an Employee of ************************* who was calling to walk us through the ****** set-up. Through screen share, ****** showed us some slides of how they could & would bring new Customers to our business. It wasn't until the slides of pricing options $99., $199., $299. appeared that I realized we had been mislead by both companies and began to research them on the web. I immediately tried to contact the representative from Web Listing Solutions to request a full refund. I was told the person was unavailable and spoke with another Agent who told me to get in line for a refund. I followed the call with an email to the original representative that contacted us explaining what I had discovered and requesting a full refund by the end of business August 29 2022 but have received no refund nor response and we have no service fulfillment by either of these companies. I have uploaded the supporting documents that I have. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further information. Any help is appreciated.

    Client signed up with us- signed a document with our company name on it as well as received a payment receipt with our company name on it. Client also took the time to talk to one of our agents 3 days after first purchase and give him almost an hour of time about other products we have to offer and said "he wasn't interested, but if he had a change of heart, would call us back. After that he spoke with a support agent who informed him how to finalize a phone verification with us to finalize the initial work he had purchase and he said " he would be at his office later today" to answer the number that we send the phone verification to. After tall this client requested a refund a day later- seemed to be some miscommunication between the son, *****, and the mom, ***** who were both active on the account.

    I am rejecting this response because: This business misrepresented itself as ****** in the initial contact with *****. Upon reviewing the receipts/visa details, I realized that ***** had not been dealing with ****** as advised and paying for a ****** account. Secondly was a screen share in which I was asked to pick from 3 monthly payment plans to maintain services. I called the next day to try to speak with ********* and was told she was at lunch, I left a message and followed up with an email when I did not hear back from her. I called again, ********* was unavailable and spoke with ****** who advised that our refund request was being reviewed and I would hear back. During my last call with ****** on 09/14, he advised that the refund was approved and would be in our account within the next week. We notified them within 72 hours, as they agree to, sooner if I could have reached *********. The business practice used was unethical. A full refund is still be sought.

    This company called me and said they were ******** and they wanted to verify my business on the site. They then told me to verify it, it would cost $299. I said it was too expensive - and they dropped the price to $199. They said it would be verified in 24 hours. When I logged in 2 days later - it was not verified. Then I called in and they said to wait for a code in the mail. I received the code - entered it into ******* and then my account was disabled. It has been a nightmare. I called again today and the "customer service" rep said I created the problem. They are scammers. They took my money and did nothing.
