      I ordered impact windows for my home back in February of this year, finally they were delivered and installed in November upon completion they were some discrepancies with the installation. The company was contacted about my concerns they came out and corrected what they could and informed me that some parts would have to be ordered from the manufacture dept. The city of ********* BEACH. came out to inspect the job but refused to pass because no pictures were provided before, midway also at completion i once again reached out to the COMPANY and informed them what had happened, they assured me that the installer would have pictures so it would not be a problem, so another exam from the city would have to be arranged. I waited to be contacted by the company with no words from them, so I decided to call after several days to find out what the status was only to tell me that they will most likely have to remove windows to get the necessary pictures. NOW MY HOME HAS BEEN TOTALLY DISRUPTED FOR THANKSGIVING AND IS ALSO GOING TO BE A MESS FOR CHRISTMAS AND THEM DONT SEEM TO CARE, NO ONE CALL ME TO INFORMED ME AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING, I HAVE TO REACH OUT TO THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AS IF TO SAY IT IS MY FAULT FOR THEIR IMCOMPETENCE. NO EXACT TIME OR DAY HAS BEEN POVIDED ALL I HAVE THUS FOR HAS BEEN NEGLECT. THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND LOSS OF USE OF MY HOME. THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY COMPLAINT.

We are scheduled to complete the inspection as discussed on December 13, 2021. We apologize for the miscommunication, but assure the customer we will get them taken care of and satisfied. THE PROJECT DEPT TOLD ME THEY HAD PICTURES WHEN THEY KNOW THAT IT WAS A COMPLETE LIE,I HAVE BEEN LIED TO FROM START TO FINISH.I HAVE MOVE FURNITURE AROUND TO ACCOMADATE THEM AND THERE LIES,NOW THEY REMOVED WINDOWS FOR INSTALLATION NOW THEY WILL HAVE TO REMOVED WINDOWS AGAIN WHICH I AM SURE WILL NOW WEAKEN THE STURUCTURE, WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE, THE INSPECTOR WAS AT MY PREMISIS TWO TIMES AND WAS UNABLE TO PASS THE JOB BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PICTURES. THEY NEED TO DO BETER WITH THERE STORY.COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE HARDSHIP I HAD TO ENDURE IT IS THE LEAST THAT YHEY CAN DO.IT IS NOT MY FAULT I REPEAT THEY LIED.
