      4/4 my car was towed by commtow. Same day spoke with mid Floridas customer service and spoke with the recovery team. Was reassured that my car wasnt towed due to a small balance I had $82. Was told if I couldnt get the car back by Monday 4/7 they would go get it. I thought everything would be ok. 4/8 I spoke with mid Florida finance to figure out the procedure to get my car back. Not once did anyone say my car wasnt towed due repod. I was dealing with ******** at first. She informed me that I had to pay $1098 to get my car back. Where ******* had the price at $677 which I was ok with. That as a whole was a red flag as a whole. I will be reaching out to my lawyer about this whole situation and also commtow. At the end of everything I was asking for my towing information due to my job requiring proof that my car was towed. They didnt want to give that information. But they sent me a letter stating that my car was repossessed. When it shouldnt have never been. Let alone if you tell someone they have x amount of days to pay to get their car back but not even 2 days later all my belongings was taken out & off the car. The lady I spoke with stated that they do that in thought that you wouldnt be able to pay to get the car back. When its noted in the account multiple times that Ill be getting the car back by next week 4/9. Them doing this has caused so much emotional stress and had me lose money all for them to charge me $1098 and then have to travel to LAKELAND to retrieve my BELONGINGS THAT SHOULDNT HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN OUT/OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE. DEFINITELY CON BEHAVOIR. They are a low down dirty company. I dont have anything showing the proof other than my job stating that I need to show proof that my car was towed 4/4.

      BREAK DOWN: $147 TOW FEE4 DAYS $120, $30/DAY STORAGE FEE$8.40 SALES TAX ON STORAGE$50 MILEAGE FEE$60 ADMIN FEE$40 PROCESSING FEE$250 LIEN RELEASE FEE. We called you to see if you would be picking it up due to daily storage from the impound lot, we informed you if you were not able to get it by Monday that we would pick it up. The agent that picked up your car is required to remove your belongings. It looks like you have redeemed your car and your account is in good standings with us.

      I am filing this complaint because MIDFLORIDA Financing continues to report an account on my credit report as a repossession, even though the vehicle was returned and the account was fully resolved via collateral recovery in 2018. The balance has been $0 for years, and no payments have been due since.Despite this, they continue to report R (repossession) codes monthly, including recently in 2022, which misrepresents the current and historical status of the account. This is misleading, inaccurate, and has negatively impacted my credit profile for years after the debt was satisfied.Additionally, there are inconsistencies across credit bureaus: ******* reports the status update as October 2022, while Experian shows August 2021. If the account is closed and resolved, it should not be actively updated or reporting derogatory information.Ive already attempted to dispute this with the credit bureaus, but the issue has not been corrected. I am requesting that MIDFLORIDA correct the credit reporting to reflect that the account is paid, closed, and settled and remove any ongoing negative remarks or history beyond the resolution date. If that is not possible, the account should be removed from my credit reports entirely.Thank you for your help.

      I am disputing an invalid account on my credit report this account is inaccurate unverified and violate the fair credit reporting act. Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request immediate removal. If the furniture cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law

      MIDFLORIDA FINANCING LLC Report my car last year as two repo I never had my car repo the 1st time and made the payment . Second time the car was actually repo and never deem . They report my credit file as two repo and sent the car to auction where the car is paid in full, Im asking them to remove this off my three credit report cause this is not accurate FCRA . I requested 1099c and also sent in pay for deletion and they never responded back to me on paid deletion. Im willing to go to court cause I was never giving the option to redeem my car after repo and my stuff was still in there .

      Dear *********** am writing to dispute an erroneous account listed on my credit report. I recently reviewed my credit report and found an account that was opened in my name without my permission. The account is with MIDFLORIDA FINANCING L, opened on October 14, 2024, with the account number ************** account is NOT mine, and I have never authorized its creation. As I am a victim of identity theft, I request that you immediately investigate this account and take the necessary steps to remove it from my credit report.I expect that this fraudulent account will be thoroughly investigated and removed from my credit report as soon as possible.

      I bought a van at ******* and *********** Financing in December 2022. I've never been more than 7 days late on a scheduled bi weekly payment. Sometimes I have to make it the following week. They call and harass my wife and me daily several times a day until its made. They even call my employer and past employers. I gave them my debit card one time to hold until my payday and they took it out 2 days early after our agreement we had made. I've wrote a terrible review and they replied I'm in good standing with them but for some reason they still keep harrasing us. Is this illegal? I'll keep making my payments but just want the harrasment to stop.

      Let me tell you about the kind of help they offer. They take your card number and then try to take out your payment 2 days before your payday and what you agreed on when you gave it to them. Thats just bad business, but I get it, thats what they are good at. I can get the bank to send me the attempted transaction if needed. Also, when a little twit is on the phone asking me why I dont have the money, I dont know how that helps anyone and I dont need some little kid ridiculing me over the phone, especially as non essential as they are. Ill continue to make my payments when I can as long as Im not more than a week behind. They must not have anything better (essential) to do. I dont need to talk to them about anything. If they want to come yank it up, be my guest. *******

      The bank located in *************, ** on ************ is constantly hiring new employees that do not know what they are doing. I've been going to the bank and paying my loan with my debit card and paying a $5 fee for paying with my debit card for 2yrs now. Now I am told by new tellers that they will also charge me 18% to do this. Even though I was just there last week and paid the same way with no issues. They always have new tellers and new employees that are not properly trained. This is ridiculous that depending on the teller, I won't know what kind of service I am going to get.

      After repossessing my car, this lender was supposed to notify me in writing within 45 days. A notice to detail my rights to redeem or recover the vehicle. Redemption or Sale: I have the right to redeem my vehicle by paying the full loan amount, any late fees, and towing/storage charges. I never received this letter. They put it as paid in collateral but I never agreed to give anything in collateral. I was taken advantage of in the situation. I want this account removed off of my credit immediately! I dont want to negotiate or anymore prolonging this process! Im demanding that you Remove this account immediately due to my rights being violated.

Your account at that time was 32 days past. We made contact with you on 5/18/2023 and work out a payment plan for your car payment and past due insurance. You did not fulfill your arrangements. Your account was them placed back out for repossession on 6/1/2023 You were unable to obtain the amount needed to redeem. We received several calls from you asking if you could pay us to remove it off your credit report. Please see the attach documents for your records. The records above and additional records you requested were also sent to you earlier this month.
