    I placed an order from this company on 3/15/22. Was not what I was expecting so I returned the items purchased, had contacted them a half dozen times about a refund, they kept saying 4-8 weeks for a refund. I requested the refund shortly after the purchase which is now a year later and still havent received it. The total was $1000 I did not realize that they kept taking out of my account. *** asked them several times after I return the item please refund me they never had refunded me. *** tried reaching out by email and not getting a respond back .Hoe do I get my money back?

    In July of 2022 I hit the wrong key on a website and wound up with a collection of Keto Diet supplements for a total of 249.98. I immediately contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge but they told me they could not because it was already being processed. The shipment arrived and I contacted the company asking how to return these packages. They tried to get me to pay less but since I didn't need a diet supplement of any kind I refused the offer. They asked me to return the package. I did that, emailed the company with the shipping number and then followed the package until USPS confirmed the package had been picked up by E Commerce. I called again and they assured me I would be receiving a credit to my credit card within 6-8 weeks. I waited 6 to 8 weeks and called back. They assured me the credit was being processed. I called back in 8 weeks and was told a check was being expedited to me. I got the same response on the 5th of January; the 1st of February, the 4th of March, the 26th of April. Always the same response my refund was being expedited and I would received a check in 6-8 weeks. I have also asked if I could speak to someone in charge but they told me they were speaking to the person in charge. It's now time to call them again. Can you help me? ***** ******

    I ordered a Buy one get one free bottle of ACV+Keto Gummies for $60. They sent the 2 bottles but charged me $129.94. False Advertising!!! I immediately emailed the company (May 21, 2023) at [email protected] advising they should cancel the order since they overcharged me (no response). They did not cancel it. I emailed the company again when they said it was shipped (May 22)- no response. When I got the package it had an email listed *******************************; I emailed that address and it was returned undeliverable. This company just seems like a money scam to me; I hope the Gummies are the real thing!

    8/16/22 date of transaction. 9/16/22 received date of return of product. I have been calling and checking on status of refund and am constantly being told it is being processed. I did buy a product from the company and it sent a follow up purchase which I returned and am still waiting for the refund on the returned product. Call dates: 7/16/22, 9/8/22, 11/23/22, 1/16/23, 1/27/23, 2/16/23, 2/28/23, 3/5/23, 3/14/23, 3/27/23, 4/19/23, 5/10/23, 5/26/23.

    I purchased the item in July of 2022. I took the product for the time they specified. It did not work! I called to say I would return the bottles not used. It was mailed by *** on 8/19/23. I was told refund would be 6-8 weeks after receiving the product. I believed them. No refund! I called every 6-8 weeks for the past year and have gotten the same answer. Nice people in customer service saying they are so sorry, they will check into it and I should call back in 6 weeks. In have had it!! I want my money. I am a senior citizen and need the money. My order # **********, 7/3/22. I paid $199.00 for 5 bottles and $49.99 for 3DS Detox. I used 1 bottle of gummies and detox, returned 4. I also paid $11.68 for postage.

    Product was received and returned. The return was confirmed as of 8/8/22. Refund was requested and promised; however, after calling on 10 separate occasions since October, there has been no refund. On each call I have been told that the refund is in process and will be mailed.

    I returned item ****** via FedEx tracking number ************ for a refund of $199.99 on August 24, 2022. Eagle has acknowledged receipt of my return and made numerous promises of a refund but I have not received any money back. I am told I cannot speak to a supervisor or to the billing department.

    This company is a rip-off and I returned the product last fall just like they told me and they have never refunded me my money. I have called multiple times they said they processed my refund, I am still waiting. Spoke with them again and they said 7-10 business days we are on business day 20+ and nothing. I called again last week and just got the run around. I was told I'm not the only one waiting so I'm on a list. Basically give me a line of ******** and when I ask to talked to someone else he provided an email - which not shocking was undeliverable! They don't call back, I cant get a real answer out of anyone! I want my $200+ refund now via FED EX with a money order! After all this back and forth and seeing everyone on here with the exact same problem. I would not trust a check!!
