I ordered some jewelry pieces from this company in May 2020. There were parts of my order missing, one being on back order, and the other not accounted for. I emailed back as soon as I got my order, as well as through the "contact" form on their website. The rest of my order never came, and they never responded. I followed up in July, August, September, and then a couple times in 2021. I called their phone number and left messages. I figured they were closed for the pandemic, and I was trying to handle the situation myself. I called one last time and tried emailed again today. The customer service is nonexistent. I don't know how many other people this company has ripped off, but I didn't know what else to do besides report it to you guys at BBB. I want you guys to have this complaint filed in case it happens again. I am asking for is a full refund of $26.08. If they still have the pieces, they can send them to me as well. I know it's not a lot but it's not like I am rich, and more importantly it's the principle of the matter. It's horrible business practice to steal money from your customers and not deliver the goods they ordered. Also, for stonewalling them when they reach out.
