    I shipped a package through *** at **********************************************************************, to *******, ******, ******. I asked for the fastest delivery. It only contained food. I asked for it to be return if they cannot deliver it to the destination address. I paid $132.00 for it. Reviewing the tracking update, I was surprised to find that soon after it arrived to ************* in ********, ******. October 7th 4:24pm, It immediately being process for return 30 minutes later. It meant that they did not attempt to deliver the package at all. I initially contacted the store but I was instructed to file claim online through **************. But after my package safely returned to me, the case close and unable to access it again. The attached screenshots may be disorderly uploaded. . But you can review the progression by date and time.

    We have reached out to Apollo Balucating in regards to his complaint. He has received his package back from ***************** & a refund for this package. This was out of our control here at the store and was something that needed to be handled with *** directly not the individual franchise.

    I was visiting my father in Lakeland, FL and shipped a package of personnel items to my home address in Oneida, WI. It was shipped 11/11/2022. The package was never received. The package carries a minimum insurance of $100. Since I don't live in Lakeland, I can't go back to the store to collect on it. I call, and leave messages and no one returns my calls. No one answers the phone. I've emailed custom service at UPS, and they say they can't help me, that I have to go to the UPS store. The package was worth more $100, probably closer to $400, I was never asked to put insurance on it at the store. I've been reimbursed for the shipment cost of the package through my credit card company. But I would like to collect the $100, which is the minimum insurance, the package has on it.
