    My mother resides at ************************************************************************************* an her name is **************************. Please see the attached letter regarding the issue she is having at this location . The organization is CRF resale community. I an worried for her safety and need help.

    On February 7 and 8 CRF constructed a drainage ditch behind the house next to mine. It empties into a large commercial sized culvert installed in my backyard. I would like CRF to connect the drainage ditch behind my neighbors house to a sub-surface drain line to the street. *********** is wide open right now and creates a standing water hazard. I have contacted the Polk ************************ and sent an Environmental Tech to inspect the property. They agreed with me and also found some other potential issues. I have contacted the *** and are aware of the situation, they are also advising me. I have tried to contact VP *********************** but to no avail. Thank you

    The sewage line past the cleanout valve on our neighbor's lawn has been destroyed by roots. This is causing raw sewage from our home to back up onto the grass and run off from the grass on to the street. We called in a plumber 48 hours ago at a cost of $407 to determine the cause of this issue. We have provided CRF with the information and photographs showing that the position of the clean out valve and where the sewage pipe is broken due to roots growing through it. No one is getting back to us. This needs to be fixed by CRF.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/07) */ Our Operations Manager and Wastewater Operator met with these residents on 11/1 to assess the situation. They worked through resolutions and repair options with them. The Operations Manager then followed up on 11/3 to finalize the plan (she had to leave a voicemail). We are currently waiting for utility locates to be completed by the local utilities company. We have communicated with the residents and are working on a resolution. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/11/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Contingent upon us not being presented with a bill for this. Once the ground was opened up it was determined that the source of the blockage was from the neighbors sewage pipe and leading out to the road. There was no involvement from our side of the drainage system. This clearly was an issue originating from our neighbors lot. We did our due diligence by paying for a plumber to investigate the causative factors. Since it has now been determined that this issue was not on our lot, this absolves us of any financial liability in this matter.

    Here in bullets: - Date of transaction: between End of April and September first days - I paid $ 3,200 as commission + $ 466.58 held by the company as lot rent fee - I incurred in extra costs that weren't budgeted (but in case I get the refund of the commission + the lot rent fee in its total, I will not claim) - I am not satisfied about the moral, ethic and professionalism of the sale office in Sebring, FL, its representative and her supervisor and the way they handle the sale of my house. Including rude behavior towards me and my husband. - The business didn't try to resolve the issue, but blamed that everything was a misunderstanding between me and their representative at the CFR sale office in Sebring, FL - There wasn't transparency of their procedures and information were given little by little in time and always in contradiction with the previous given.

    Refusal to act on the prospectus rules. Over 2 years and management , will not reply to my complaint, It has come to a point I can not go outside. At a one point police were called about vandalizing my property. Management took no action, or even talked to me about it. Proof of everything has been sent to the property manager, with no result. Heard from non staff it takes time.. Over two years is that enough time. Just want rules we all sign to be acted on. It is endangering me, with nothing being done.

    I purchased a new home on 6/29/2021, we had leak issues , now Mold is in the home, we never had cable run to rooms , we had improperly painted areas (2 different colors and sheen) in same areas , these were all told they would be taken care of, I went through the home builder (fixed leak, but left the mold) I have daily sent emails , they state it is CRF's issue, I have requested help from Russ H****** and Brian A*****, neither of which have responded to any requests. My Mother who is 82 lives with me as I take care of her she has Dimentia and has had cancer 4 x , I myself have a compromised immune system and am HP myself we need help

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/16) */ Mr. ****** purchased a new mobile home. The home was not ordered by Mr. ******, but was a Spec Home/Model Home that was in place and completed by the time he walked through and purchased it. The home came with a one year warranty from the mobile home manufacturer,*************** (owned by ******** Homes). Mr. ****** has presented warranty claims to*************** and has received service under their warranty. The issues that Mr. ****** claims are below: 1) Mr. ****** claims that he "had leaks" and further states that the home builder (**************) "fixed leak". My understanding is that there are no ongoing leaks and that this item is closed. 2) Mr. ****** claims that, "now Mold is in the home". Although Mr. ****** does not explain in his complaint his claim of "mold", I have spoken with him and he has said, "I am not worried about mold". He mentioned that he thought there might be some mold "in the air" but that he did not believe it was an issue. I have been assured by Gerald H*** from*************** that, "There is no "mold". Tommy (P******* - the technician) took extraordinary care to make sure everything was done properly." My understanding is that there is no mold issue. Further, if there is an issue, it is between Mr. ****** and*************** (not CRF Resales). 3) Mr. ****** claims that, "we never had cable run to rooms". The home Mr. ****** purchased was a Spec/Model Home that did not include any prewiring of cable to rooms. The home was delivered to Mr. ****** as he saw it when he purchased it and does not include prewiring of cable jacks. The vast majority of mobile homes manufactured are not prewired for cable, this is standard for the mobile home industry. Mr. ****** has received what he purchased. 4) Mr. ****** claims, "we had improperly painted areas (2 different colors and sheen) in same areas". In conversations with Mr. ******, he has mentioned that his crown moldings (where wall meets ceiling) have been "touched up" at seams and nail holes with caulk or paint that does not match (perfectly) the molding itself. The moldings were installed at the*************** factory and were "touched" up by the*************** technician. This is the industry standard process for mobile homes which creates a mobile home industry standard resulting finish. Although it appears that Mr. ****** has received an industry standard finish for his crown molding, if there is an issue, it would be a warranty issue between Mr. ****** and*************** the home builder. In conclusion, Mr. ****** has submitted over a dozen "punchlist" items under his one year warranty to***************, the home builder. *************** has sent their technicians on multiple occasions and satisfied Mr. ****** with regard to the repairs/adjustments that he has requested. He has signed off on completion of his "punchlist" with***************. Now, nearing the end of his one year warranty, Mr. ****** has brought up two new items that he has not mentioned before. First, he asks for cable jacks which were not an included feature of the spec/model home he purchased. Second, he claims that************** did not touch up his crown molding with a material that matches the crown molding. Mr. ******'s warranty exists with the home builder,***************. They have responded to him that his crown moldings are within standards for the mobile home industry. In the spirit of resolution, we would be glad reach out to Mr. ****** again. I would be glad to look at Mr. ******'s crown moldings to see if the finish is indeed within industry specifications and provide him with suggestions. I NEVER ACCEPTED THE BASIS OF NOT CARING ABOUT MOLD THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION WITH MR H******** WAS RECORDED AS ALL SIGNS ON PROPERTY ALERT ANYONE ON MY PROPERTY, As I explained to Russ we need a Air Purification system due to the ongoing mold issue , as he stated "That is not unreasonable and he would reach out to ******** homes" ON TAPED RECORD ! He also said the ENTIRE list of warranty claims were resolved THEY WERE NOT also never signed off as complete Russ continues to lie about all and he even told me to get an attorney to see the paperwork from the home this home WAS NOT COMPLETE when we purchased I will send pictures if needed , there were many things (witnessed) that would be completed and were never done , this matter is FAR FROM RESOLVED , also Tommy had to repair the leak 2 times that was done ON SITE PLUMBING IN CYPRESS CREEK no water was in home at the factory , many unanswered emails to factory have been in answered, just like Russ' false statements Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2022/07/19) */ We are working with Mr. ****** personally to get this resolved.
