Since the beginning of the transaction, ******** keeps changing everything. She calls and says something then email me with a little piece of information that is different than what was on the phone. I asked her to send me one written email with all the deal information so I dont face troubles. She refused. It's suspicious and trustworthilessness.

We have sent this client her reservation emails confirming her getaway package. She has been corresponding with our company since the beginning. We sold her a package she accepted the terms and conditions. We can exchange her for something else if she wishes or we can refund her. However  nothings changed on the package. Its always been the same five days four nights hotel accommodations $99 ******** Florida. Each  vacation package offers different gifting. The one she purchased comes with either a $50 ****  gift card or a vacation certificate cruise.

We thought this was resolved per our conversations via email. Will be in touch with her tomorrow morning

I am rejecting this response because:

See you are saying $50 gift card though you told me before $100. This is why I asked for written email. I think that refund the $99 will be better and safer. I am traveling with a little kid for long distance trip and don't need surprises. Please refund me and thank you.

    Sincerely,
