    Company took payment and never sent product. Attempts to contact company indicate their email support address does not exist. Company will not respond to any requests for information and has apparently done this to multiple people. They are fraudulently accepting payment without intention of supplying theproducts purchased from them.

    On June 4, 2023 I purchased the Wolverine Nasal Spray - 30mL ULTRA (90 Day) for $207.98 including tax. It shipped the next day. I used the product, became ill, and waited until I was healthy again. I trialed the product again and became ill again. I waited another week, trialed the product one last time in case this was all coincidence, and became ill again. On June 23, 2023 I emailed the company alerting them to the issue and potential contamination of their product and inquired about their money back guarantee that is advertised on the site. I received no response at all and followed up with an additional email on July 8, 2023. Sarah responded back with, "I did send your email to my boss so I was not aware you did not receive a follow up." and that was the last I ever heard from the company. There was no mention of a refund or honoring the money back guarantee in the email from Sarah. I won't be doing business with them in the future and would appreciate a refund in accordance with their guarantee. As of the date of this complaint, the money back guarantee is still advertised at the end of the product description for Wolverine Nasal Spray.

    We issued the refund but switched CC Merchants around that time frame so I was not aware the customer did not receive her refund. A check has been sent out in the mail via USPS today 9/20/23.

    On 5/23/23, I placed an order with Gorilla Healing. I ordered (3) items; Wolverine nasal spray, NooPept nasal spray and NAD+ nasal spray. I received the order on 5/30/23. Upon inspection, the container with Wolverine, had leaked in transit, (assumed), and most of the product was not present. The same day that I received the items, I sent an email to Gorilla Healing support to make them aware of this and I asked for a replacement. I never received a response from anyone at Gorilla Healing. The cost of the product is $119.99. I'm requesting they send me another (non-leaking) replacement. If not, then refund what I paid and I will no longer do business with Gorilla Healing. Thank you.

    Spoke to customer since we have had several conversations in the past and informed him we did not receive any email or contact from him when he recently contacted us. Customer has ordered 15 times from us in the past so we assured him we will take care of his issue and send a new replacement out ASAP!

    On April 28th 2023 I, *********** ******, purchased two orders of Semaglutide. I received email confirmation of my order being received and then the next day received two separate emails for my tracking numbers(as they were two separate orders). I continuously checked the tracking numbers for 5 days it stayed stationary on "USPS awaiting item" I reached out via email in regards to this and was advised that the items were on backorder and would ship when they came in. On Wednesday May 3rd I was advised via email that the items came in and would ship the next day and my tracking number would update. There was no updated tracking number the next day so I again emailed the company and received another response that the items were being packaged and my tracking number would update soon. I have again checked the tracking numbers with it still showing the items not received by USPS. I emailed the company to request a refund and have gotten no response. I really wanted the items and would have no problem dismissing dispute if the item updated in the USPS system that they received the item to ship however I do not believe that will happen. The total amount is $215.96 (order ***** - $107.98) (order ***** - $107.98)

    We emailed customer and informed him his package was out for delivery (on the same day the BBB Claim was made) but have not had a reply or spoken to since. His package was delivered on 5-10-23.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    however to clarify,  I filed complaint on May 5th…the order was delivered on May 10(not the same day I filed the complaint as the business stated)  I did not receive a reply from my original email requesting a refund until May 8th when I was advised they saw my complaint on BBB. 

    so it took me to file a complaint to have this resolved.

    On February 25th 2023, I placed an order with Gorilla Healing. The amount was 55.99$. I received an email telling me that the package has been shipped. It never arrived..I sent the company an email inquiring on the status of the package. With a follow up email. Neither email has been answered. I tried to contact them through their ******** page using messenger. When I send a message, it says "couldn't send". I would like my money returned.

    Emailed customers to inform him we were out of the office due to a expo our company attended to try to grow/gain more business and that is why I was not able to respond to him. He is a previous customer and we would like to keep his business so I informed him I would reship the item because once his package arrived at USPS it seems to have been lost. I asked him to let me know how he would like to proceed moving forward due to stating he wanted a refund.
