I am writing in regards to a company called Keto Fit. I have been scammed from the beginning. I unbeknownst signed up for recurring monthly products, was not happy with the product, never received the second shipment and was charged for it. Have made SEVERAL phone calls to the company and I think to get me off the line they promised a refund which I never received. Now when I call, I get a message saying all representatives are busy and to try calling later. *** tried over the course of several days. When I tried calling today I was on hold for 45 minutes.

I bought this saying it was $69.99 and it was $69.99 for 2 bottles. I have decided I don't want the product. I have called and emailed and received no response. I want a $140.00 full refund and do not want any additional product either. (to my knowledge I did not join a subscription.) I would love for someone to respond by email or phone so I may receive a refund.Keto Fit Response

This is robbery, you order thinking it costs 39.99, then they ship 9 bottles of stuff and indicting that it cost 39.99 each. Won't accept any returns. This is a horrible scam.Keto Fit Response

I’m am not able to return an order that I don’t want. I also wish to stop any further shipments.
