      On 11/14 I called the city of *************** in *********, ** to report my mailbox was was damaged by Ceres Environmentals workers and their equipment. This company picked up branches in our neighborhood that were left by our mailbox from the hurricane. I spoke with 2 different people and they were to reach the supervisor and would get back with me. Two weeks later I called again because no one contacted me. A couple weeks later I called again since no one had contacted me back. At that point they put me in contact with ****** ******* who the supervisor who stated her men wouldnt have done that and that the mailbox would have gone flying if they had hit it. When I spoke with her over the phone the first time she already had made up her mind that her manager wasnt going to do anything about it, and that it was working just fine. When she came to my address the 2nd time I contacted the city, I showed her how the garden fence in front of the mailbox was crushed and flattened into the ground and the mailbox door wouldnt close and that my uncle, in order for water not to enter had to bend the door forcing it to close. The entire mailbox is barely on and will move back and forth if you open the door. My family has lived her for 8 years and we have never had one incident with our mailbox until this company damaged it with their equipment. I very much wanted a simple resolution and for her company to assume responsibility and replace my mailbox that they damaged. I sent ****** ******* a timestamped picture of the truck that damaged our mailbox at her request. I have requested to speak with her manager and havent heard from him at this point. I want my mailbox replaced, that is all. Feel free to contact me at ************** Thank you, ******* ********
