      The most unprofessional dental office I have ever been too. I called the day of my appointment to let them know I had an emergency in the family and I would have to reschedule. I was told because I called the day of the appointment it was considered a no show. They didnt bother to even try to be understanding then preceded to tell me that was my 3rd no show ( in 11 years ) that I would no longer be a patient of baystate dental. All my interactions with the people at the front desk in ******** has always been a challenge,they are rude, and unprofessional I continued to go there only because It was the closest one to me. I hope this review helps someone to avoid the stress and problems that I've had to deal with this practice.

      My dental provider recently joined dental care alliance. They sent me a past due notice for a non payment of a bill they never sent to me. I went to my dental provider and confirmed the past due notification was the first bill they sent out

      The Dr Dentist is very rude and adds out of pocket expenses to the bill with out letting you know the sign in the office says it all.bad recommendation do not go there

      I am a patience of one of your office, ***************************, **. Back in May 2024, I visited this office to get a implant. After been evaluated, the processed began. In Aigust 21, the implant finally put in after many visits. From the first day the implant was out in, I felt pain when *******. Than start bleeding everything I will brush my teeth, I figure it was temporary but in when on until today. E weeks ago the implant started to get loose. I would avoid eating from that side because I was afraid d to shallow it. On Nov 29th, I went to try to eat, the tooth felt real loose, so I touch it and it came off with post and all. I immediately called ************ ************************* **************, at this point made because aft we r all the pain I went through and the money spend. The outcome was that I had mine implant in my wallet pocket not in my mouth. I called Fileo my dental carrier and explained to them the case, ****** the supervisor immediately follow up with Garden Sate Fental in ************** and when we compared conversation were different. At this point I am looking for a full refund in addition travel.cost. The outcome of this case accordingly to the dentist i lost bone from August to November, 2024. I had two.implants out in in the front using a bridge had not issues and the area definitely has no bone. The times that I visited this office, twi cc e patience were complaining about the over charges and lock of explanation. One of the patience complained to me on my way to the car. I would like to see this operation improve service.

      I scheduled a appointment and arrived on time for my cleaning. they said I needed X-rays and then I got no cleaning. After I complained about the service they said I don't have insurance but I have Blue Cross Blue shield of Tenn. The Insurance company was called in the office and verified my insurance still I didn't receive the service I was scheduled for. Management disrespected me was loud and rude. Now I'm being harassed with appt. I didn't schedule and constant emails/text. I called to be removed from any service they have and was hung up on. That not professional. They should not be allowed to work with the community.

      Our dental coverage includes x rays and a cleaning. Dental One of Cross Keys charged us $125 for a "special x ray" without first informing us about the charge. No dentist had done that in 25 years. When I asked that the charge be removed they refused to do so and the office manager refused to give us her name. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID this practice They are dishonest and they lie.

      This dentist has very unsavory business practices. In the original price that was agreed upon for my wife, he wound up drilling out and filling four of her teeth and never explained why. What originally cost my wife $1,000.00 is now costing her an extra $1,500.00. Four visits in and he still hasn't completed the original ******* not use VA Smiles. They are a rip off.

      STAY AWAY!! ******** office staff! I received a vague bill with no information on it. I called the office twice and no one from billing returned my call. Then I sent a note on the bill asking for the service date and services provided, the MANAGER returned my call, wouldn't let me talk and kept telling me "I do not need that information" and refused to give it to me. Then put me on speaker phone, because I told him I am not paying a bill when I do not know what it is for. I had to make multiple calls and emails to different people to find out what this bill was for. Two years ago my adult daughter had an appointment and her insurance company said they didn't receive the bill until after the 90 days, but then she did a three way call with the office who was supposed to resend the bill, then she never heard anything about the matter thinking it was resolved and now two years later they sent me to collections. It's not even my bill! She called the insurance company and the office never resent the bill.

      HORRIBLE!! I went to the ********** location and had a root canal with ********************* He not only broke the instrument in my tooth, but he also hit a nerve/blood vessel when administering novocaine, leaving me with heavy bruising, soreness, swelling and a hard mass on my jaw. He couldn't care less!! He told me to find an endodontist to try and retrieve the instrument and if they couldn't, just to have it pulled. That is so ridiculous! The whole purpose of a root canal is to preserve the tooth, not lose it. Then, I called ****, the office manager, who is so rude and unempathetic, and I told her that I could not find an endodontist that takes my insurance and her response was that they aren't responsible because I signed a waiver???? I never signed a waiver. She does not have a clue as to how to work with the public. If you're looking for skilled dentists and a compassionate staff, stay away from this place! They are unprofessional, rude and lack compassion.
