              This company is rude and took half of payment for a fence to be installed and we have no fence. We wanted to cancel and get refund **** the office girl said they will keep 20% and then hung up on us. We started this project with them in March. Gave them a deposit 4/22/23 . Never heard from them until we received letter regarding permit. We had approval from HOA but permitting did not have proper paperwork. From company for HOA approval. They did not give us the proper paperwork originally. There is a major lack of communication with this company and they are rude and literally hung up on me when I tried to cancel and requested refund on 7/14/23. Still no work or refund and have not heard from company since she hung up mid conversation. This fence supposedly will have a lifetime warranty and now I am unsure if they are capable of job.

              From the initial estimate to install today, *** was a pleasure to work with in fencing my mothers property. Service was as promised, and on time. ****** and his crew did an amazing job on-site in completing the project. These guys are great! Ill definitely recommend Fencing South Florida to anyone that asks!!
