    I bought an A/C unit from this company and it is still under warranty. It broke this year and needed a part which was free and came with 3 pounds of Freon. The diagnostic visit was $107.00 which I didnt mind so much. But the installation of the new FREE part took about 2 hours to install at about $90.00 an hour, plus 1 more pound of Freon for $90.00 and my bill came to $764.50. I was given an estimated charge of $675.00 which I figured would be decreased since the charges didnt come to that much, but it wasnt. I asked about an itemized bill and was told they dont do that. And that if I had used another company it would have been double that charge. I asked what the extra cost was for and was told it was for picking up the new part. So, I expected the normal cost to be $270.00 plus some extra for incidental parts, or about $300 to $400. Instead it was $764.50. What did I pay the extra $364.00 for??? The diagnostics and repair job cost me in total $871.50 to install a FREE part. I think this is way out of line!! I wont deal again with anyone who cant give me an itemized bill. Im not happy.
