    If I could leave -5 stars, I would. PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR OR WITH THIS COMPANY (BSW Academy USA and/or BSW Witness Prep). They are a group of women (Karen S******* and Barbara H*******) who run an organization that claims to "help" people but don't even pay the people who work for them. BSW is a scam and the CEO, Karen, is the ring leader. Me and others on their payroll have yet to be paid and, at first, we were given the run around about how they were "waiting for the bank" to clear the payments. Now, after the second promised pay date has passed, they have gone radio silent: not responding to any emails and calls regarding payment. They run another organization called Our Community Grown Heroes...do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR of these women and the businesses they run. They are shady, unethical and don't truly care about helping anyone but themselves.
