I purchased a $2,744.00+ patio furniture set in February 2023 and am disappointed with the quality of the furniture. Since the purchase, I have had two separate claims on this product, specifically with the fabric, cushions, and overall quality. The fabric gets the fabric balls. The cushions are losing their firmness after only a couple months of use. They are uncomfortable and unsupportive. Additionally, the overall quality of the product seems to be lacking, with visible wear and tear showing up. The 1st claim, I was offered a shaver to shave the ball wear off the cushions. As for the 2nd claim I was told that maybe I be able to change the cushions but it’s normal for that shedding to happen and I would have to perform maintenance of shaving the cushions from time to time. When I inquired about returning the furniture for a refund, I was advised there is a 7 day refund policy and there are no exceptions. I feel that me having to preform routine maintenance is unacceptable for an item purchased 90 days ago. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase; especially given the amount of money I spent on the product. I believe that a product of this caliber should not be experiencing such issues so soon after purchase. I am hoping I’m offered a satisfactory resolution to this problem, as I would prefer not to have to take further action. I would like to request a refund be issued for the product.

The "pilling" you are experiencing is not covered by the manufacturers or the fabric mill warranty.  Despite that we have been trying to work with you on a solution.  We did send you a fabric depillar free of charge, we also offered for you to reselect another fabric.  We are here to help should you choose to take advantage of any of the solutions we have offered above and beyond the manufacturers warranty. ***************************************************************
