      High-End Services was paid an enormous price 3 different times by ****/SubZero to fix my Asko washing machine. They did not fi it! Finally Wolf/SubZero sent ********************* or *******, but I had to pay them $500 to bring 2 men out to move the stack washer and dryer. They found out all they had to do was simply connect the wires properly which High-End could never do. I had to wash clothes in a 15" sink for 3 months as HighEnd could not even connect the wires correctly. I want the $500 back. I lost my 100% disabled VA ******* pilot husband and this is very unfair.

      She started service back in 2020 on her Asko Washer, her unit was out of warranty by 5 years.  The 

      Factory gave her an authorization to cover her Out of Warranty repairs.  The asko washer continued to have 

      failures every few months until recently with not out of pocket expenses to ***************. Everything was working in 2021.  

      In March of 2022 she had a new problem with the unit factory covered her repair again unit 

      was repaired.  In May of 2022 unit need work again, factory sent customer parts at 

      no charge and she refused to pay labor for the installation of the parts.  

      *************** did not want to pay Labor and advised us she would shop around for another company.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      It became very obvious that High End Services' repair man did NOT know what he was doing! The unit had never worked correctly from the last time High End Services that Sub Zero/Wolf had paid them thousands of dollars to correct. They advised me to seek help from another company with whom they had confidence--********************* in *******. I called them. They came and (as you can see on the enclosed receipt) the only thing wrong was High End Service's repair man had not installed the interface panel to sit correctly on the washer and the push button was not making contact. This is TOTALLY incompetence for a repair facility.  I had to pay ********************* $500 to do 10 minutes of repair time. SubZero/**** said they were removing High End from their service providers and I pray (for the sake of others) that this is true. In the meantime, if High End Services does NOT pay me the $500 within 2 weeks time of receiving this response on Sept. 26, 2022, I will go to Small Claims Court in *******. High End Ser vices may drive from Largo, but they will lose the case. It is best for them to pay now as it will cost them FAR more than $500 as I will ask for attorney fees and court costs. It's best to be honorable and do the right thing. They have made many thousands of dollars for doing a horrible job on every repair and it's time to get this settled.

      The manufacturer has covered every repair and every part on *************** Asko Washer and Dryer.  *************** is not out any additional money with High End Service.  The factory sent parts to *************** and refused to cover any labor costs for the install of those parts.  We gave *************** a labor estimate to install factory recommended parts. She declined sought out a different repair company.  High End is refusing to have any further responsibility with repairs or compensation for other companies who service her appliances.
