            I have called multiple times with no call back for resolving a bill that I received. I was set up with the wrong provider. When the doctor realized this halfway through she said, well youre already here and someone has to pay for it and attempted to gather more information for my file. I stated I didnt feel comfortable bc it wasnt even the right appointment and did not want to share anymore information than I already have. She continued to try and finish the intake. I was led outside to wait for another appointment if another provider available who I was seeking. This is an appointment that was not set up by their department and consumed my time and energy and now they want me to pay for services not rendered. The doctor is *****************. I was going to attempt to settle w billing manager. I was advised that the billing manager is the doctors wife and likely a conflict of interest. I still feel like this is the case and would like a mediator to settle and rectify the situation and bill that should not have been processed. Thank you so much.

            How can this place get an A from you? Dr S. is good but Dr A P. is a nightmare! Instead of helping me he keeps riding medications that have given me a toxic liver!
            I've never even met him! I wouldn't send anyone here to this PTSD nightmare! I'm filing a grievance with my insurance!
