      I went 9nline to buy a dog collar it was to be 7.10 delivered I paid with my **** card after 3 and a half weeks and nothing came I took my order number to there web site and this stuff came up but I went to my bank and xotreasure stole117.28 out of my bank account and was never authorized to do that I sent many emails and phone calls and have never got any response or my money back oranythingv

      I ordered 3 items but I got the wrong items. I have already contacted you about this Issue and after a long wait you reply saying that you got the email. After that I havent heard from you again. I would like to know what is going to happen with the items I bought, and if I am going to get a refund.

      I ordered a item from XO treasures and waited for it to show up and it never arrived and now when I try to contact customer service it tells me that they are a scam artist and that basically I'm not going to get my product or my money

      Date of the transaction -May 7th, 2024 The amount of money you paid the business -$91.87 What the business committed to provide you -LoveBotz Deluxe Pro-Bang Remote *** Machine 1 x $69.99 Versatile Passion Plus 30 function Rabbit ******** 1 x $12.89 What the nature of the dispute is -I would like a refund for never receiving any of the products I ordered and never receiving responses or updates about my order after it supposedly shipped.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem -No. It ignored my first email inquiring about my order and shipping status, and now both their email doesn't exist and can't receive emails, and their phone number repeats that all agents are busy over and over again (impossible to get through to anyone.)If the issue involves advertising when and where the ad was seen or heard -It was seen as the very first ****** result, listed as an advertisement. I don't remember the exact search or date.

      Tuesday May 21,2024 4:07am i ordered a *** doll my estimated arrival Thursday May 23- May 25, 2024 this order was made at 4:07am, I called 2 -8 x's daily in hope of getting or making contact with no luck customer service number answers but will put you to recording saying all of our representatives are busy and will take your call shortly then it hangs up on you in less than 20 seconds, I do not know what else to do, I tried tracking this place and seems there is another store in ********** CA or somewhere in ************* please help me solve this issue my patience is running thin

      I placed an order with them on May 21st., 2024 for $134.38. I received one email from them giving me my order # 9SLLU and telling me I would receive my order on May 22nd. till May 24th. 2024. They also said I would receive my tracking number soon. I never received another email from them, nor the order. I have called their phone number at least 40 times, sent at least 30 emails, and tried to use their online chat; with no response. I gave up on receiving the order and demanded my money back, still nothing.

      Somehow found this shop and kind of thiught it sounded to good to be true but i was fool enough to to fall for the cheap price brcause i simply cant afford to buy the same product anywhere else being on a fixed income. I would love a refund i have tried all ways of contact and i get no response it it a total scam site that needs to be shut diwn i spend ninty five dallors and some change for a doll that has never came or havent been able to contact anyone on several attempts. Thank you shut this place down Please.

      Hello, I have been charged more than I agreed to pay. I made two purchases on 05/26/2024 from XOTreasure, Order #WZTUB at $30.62 & Order #XJMCM at $17.98 for a total of *****. However, I was charged a total of $1,313.59 which is $1,264.99 more than I agreed to pay. I was delivered the wrong items and they remain unopened. I would prefer to have the items I paid for and have the $1,264.99 refunded back into my account as I can ship the unopened items back to them.
