They listen in on calls (your life!) and get private info despite their supposed for "entertainment purposes" moniker. They wanted me to provide my ID for fraud which i wouldnt then completely blocked me.Almost $700 later I was cut off by the guy answering calls. I don't care about the money it's the lack of ethics. Steer clear unless you care not about privacy.

Hello and Thank you for trying the Asknow Psychic service! I am sorry you feel this way about the service. I just wanted to assure you of a couple things. While we do record the calls, we only listen to them if there is a complaint on the quality of the psychic or the quality of the connection. The only reason we would ask you for your ID is if your name or address on the account does not match the credit card. This is done upon the request of the Credit Card companies.
I have checked the name and email address on this review, neither are linked to an account here at Asknow.com

This business grossly overcharges for their services. They rope people in with an introductory package, then charge outrageous prices for fraudulent services. Ive had a few readings done in hopes they would help me with my challenges, but they have proven to take advantage of peoples struggles. Also one psychic was extremely rude on more than one occasion, trying to insult my intelligence and invalidate my experience. Not good, kind or helpful. DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A READING!!!!! I originally ordered a reading through ***************** which is somehow connected with Ask Now. I had a "special" where I could connect with two different psychics. One rambled on and on about nonsense, nothing I asked about. The other just kept saying "youre such a beautiful soul. I am going to help you," like a broken record. Nothing of any value was said. They have to evaluate the calls and after listening found they didn't want to give me a refund. They offered me 10 additional minutes with someone else. It took 4x before we were connected and then the call was so choppy, I couldn't understand anything she was saying. Now my call is in "review." Terrible customer service and the worst *********************** on the planet. When I was getting my "free" reading I also say they debited my card. Spend your money elsewhere. Not here!

I called purchased 40 min for 40 dollars, took me 4 readings before anyone actually even talked to me. By then I only had 20 min. Called for my reading didn't hear a buzzer and my credit card got charged an additional 89 the first try, 1.00 for attempting it, and an additional 139.00 to verify if My card was any good plus an additional 8.99. Called to ask and the idiot James with his monotone voice made it seem like it was ok to continue charging my card. Said he didn't care if I wrote a review. Please if you're in need of a reading and go on this site, make sure ypu don't use a card they could continue to have access to. Your minutes will be up before anyone even starts your reading.

This is a scam. I had a 30 minute call for 30$ and my card was charged over 300$. The advertisement said I was going to get name date and in great detail. I never got any names dates or anything that I didn't tell the lady first. I asked her about hanging up and calling back because that's what the operator had mentioned and she said she didn't know and to just stay on with her. After my 30 minute call I checked my card and I had four different transactions on it adding up to close to 400$. I want my money back for false averting. They don't deserve any stars but I had to put one to move forward. This is ridiculous to charge that much to tell a person back what you told them. A total scam.

These psychics are scammers. Tell you exactly what you want to hear none of it true and have the nerve to charge almost 14.00 a minute. They prey on vulnerable people like myself who lost my husband last year. Drained me of my savings with their outrageous prices. You tell a psychic that you have to go and they try to keep you on the line. They go into other conversations other than answering your questions and only cone back to your questions when you say you have to go.

SCAMMERS. WEBSITE IS A 100% a SCAM. Like everyone else in these reviews I did the “ 15 minutes for $10 +5 free minutes” I talked on the phone with one of the “master psychics”for only 13 minutes ( she was clearly fake and full of bs bc this website has no legit psychics) and I got billed for $113. In one of this websites responses to another customer calling them out for fraud they claim “in the middle of the session there was an audio message that told you the charge for the call will be the regular rate of $10-$15/min from this point out” BS an automated message plays a couple min into the call that says something like “u will now be charged” or something vague along those lines.. OBVIOUSLY wanting everyone to think their free min were up and what they are now paying is the original $10 for their 15 min from here on out. They’re playing dumb. Also for a “ legit business “ their responses are awfully snappy and defensive. I’ll be making sure I get my money back asap from these scammers. DON’T FALL FOR THIS.

April 2022 I got my 1st reading. 3 months later I spoke to someone else from the same site. Interesting enough the readings were almost identical. I was given a name and dates and told what to watch for. The dates given are long gone and names and things predicted never happened. ASKNOW is scammers who charge outrageous prices and then make things up. I am convinced my readings were documented and then read before giving me additional readings. How else would the readings be almost identical ? I repeat NOT one thing came to pass concerning my readings. I got taken twice and will never call there again and customer service was/is flat out rude and makes you feel like you are wasting their time with your questions.

It's a scam, I received a video that was sent by text from *** one of their top sychics regarding a personal matter and to call their 1 800 number for a session that was supposed to be for 30 minutes for $30.00. I called the number and was given an option of sychics, I selected *********************. He had me on the phone for one hour. When I ended my call I checked my bank account. I was livid, in one call they took $97.93, $89.80, and $134.85 from my checking account, I had no money left in my account. I received an email from **** Right the next day claiming I received a $44.95 session with him. I called their customer service number and demanded a refund, I was told since I didn't speak to an agent to purchase a package and accepted the terms of their sychic there will be no refund. When I called their number there wasn't an option to speak to an agent it went directly to an option for a sychic of your choice.
