Feb 05, 2024 I Purchased a mole remover product: The purchase was $39.99. I received the product but was charged $39.99 and on Feb 7I was charged ****** and $60.00. They did not say it was recurring charge monthly. I received more product and was charged ****** on March 10. I called the company and told them I did not want the product. I sent back the product via US mail. Cancelled all future products on March 25, 2024. The company has not refunded the monies to my account and refused to give back all monies for the product they sent out the second time.Initial Complaint

This company continues to charge my credit card to which I have contacted them several times and they say I have an account with them which I do not.. I contacted them on February 7th and asked to get this corrected.. They refuse to respond and keep billing me and again this morning March 11th they charged me another 199.Initial Complaint

I ordered one shipment of BioScience Male enhancement Gummy for $60.00. The product did not work and I did not make an additional order. However, I have been charged ****** additional 8 more times. I now have received an additional 4 bottles that I did not order and do not want. I tried to contact the BioScience company but I can not find info on this product. I tried to contact the shipping company to no avail as well. I only made one purchase - I did not make additional purchase - I do not want the additional bottles they sent me - I can not find information to contact BioScience or Ship Metrics(shipping company). I have contacted credit card company to dispute. I want a total refund and guarantee that there will be no additional charges to my account. Thank you for your help.Initial Complaint

See uploaded documents. ordered in July 2023 received contacted company for return instructions and to cancel future deliveries product was returned and refund never received. contacted again after being charged and no product delivered .Customer response

They finally sent product which I return 2/27/2024. SO they have received your message and refuse refund and still will not respond to my inquires.Thank you with your help in this matter.

I ordered one bottle of bio science product and was sent 5 plus a bottle of detox never ordered in may and June and July I received two more shipments never ordered so refused. Only needed one bottle to try but taste so bad couldnt use .Initial Complaint

I ordered the free sample product in july of 2023 and it was not on a subscription basis but they are charging me each month $199.99 and they wont answer their phone or email to try to get them to stop. Top it off I havnt recieved any product from them except the trial and nothing since then. SO Ive paid them over $1400 for one sample bottle of their product.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a subscription for Keto weight loss pills . It is impossible to cancel this subscription. No one answers the published contact number , it is no possible to leave a message , no one responds to emails that I have sent and no acknowledges a first class letter of cancellation I sent about 3 weeks ago . I want to cancel and pending and future deliveries and do no want want more charges. I have reviewed their BBB files and see that I am not the first person to be treated this way .Initial Complaint

I ordered these bio science cbd gummies on a ONE TIME thing. I received the first shipment and nothing more. Then you charged me the same amount I paid twice more on my credicard without receiving any more products. I called the number you provided and I talked with an agent who credited my card with one of the amount I was charged and promised me to send the another amount pending in products.However, I haven't received anything yet and it was more than one month ago. Could you please either send me the products or credit my credicard with the amount still pending?Thanks!Initial Complaint

I ordered these bio science keto gummies on a ONE TIME thing. I have received 3 or 4 shipments and there is no info given to cancel. I called the number u provided and got nothing. Plz help. I am going to send all that I got,back to the ** box given and see if that works. I don't think a business should run like that
