      On May 18 your application glitched and charged me for a whole day parking instead of an hour. $206 vs $9.56. I called your company immediately and left a voicemail and NO RESPONSE. I call my bank and nothing can be done. I called you AGAIN. and AGAIN no response. I need a refund for the proper amount. I REFUSE!!!!! to pay for something I did not use!! You need to fix this!!

      I had the Park Up app fail on me and result in my car getting towed. I had to pay $452 because of a glitch that happened. At 12:15 pm today I created a profile and paid the $8 advertised at **************************************************** next to ****************. I was working a wedding at ****************. The manager at **************** said this has been an ongoing issue. When I went to the tow yard there was another woman present who had the same issue. I should not be at fault for a glitch in an app. I tried to reason with the tow yard and the manager of the lot but I was met with no sympathy and hung up on. It seems that the manager at this location is known for doing this regularly. I would like compensation for this. I will take legal action if needed.

      On March 3, 2024, I me and my cousin used your app and paid for parking on 3rd of March. A couple of days later I get a ticket in the mail for 90 and reduce to 55 dollars what Im trying to understand is how when I paid for parking through your app? I dont have any money to be giving to anyone just to give. There was a payment made in the amount of ***** for the first 4 hours and another one made for *****. That money was taken from out of the bank account. Now the other company is saying I need to reach out to you all. All I know is I need for you all to get this work out cause I will not pay for something that was already paid for. I have attached all the proof you need to prove that I did pay for parking

Because you all took money out of the account a total of four times. So please Im not with the scamming. And if I have to file a police report for fraud I will also do that as well. Cause I have proof you all took the money out of the bank and I have proof that you all were giving my tag number. You said I paid for the wrong lot number so what I still paid for parking both parking lot are right by each other so whats your point you took my money. And if I have to get legal advice trust me I will win

      I parked in a lot located at *************************************************************** on February 25, 2024. Entry time was 2:41pm and Exit time was 4:05pm. The fee was $10.70 and I paid for this amount via my **************** credit card. My spouse ********************* is on the credit card as well. I received a parking charge notice in the mail from ******************************* whose address is ********************************************************************************************** stating that I had an outstanding balance of $90 - paying within 15 days would reduce the charge to $55. The notice had a picture of my license plate upon entry and exit of the lot. I submitted a dispute to www.parkinginvoice.com showing my credit card payment of $10.70 which showed ************ ************* ** ************************************** My dispute was rejected because they needed either of the following: 1. a screen shot from the web app used to purchase the parking showing tag number, location, name, date, to match the parking session or 2. copy of the receipt from the pay station showing tag number, location name, date and time to match the parking session or 3. screenshot of *************** showing tag number, location, zone number, date, time and amount paid. They stated that while a credit card is helpful, it only names payee and amount and they need to match the payment to the tag number. I want this $90 fee WAIVED COMPLETELY. I paid my fee of $10.70 and have credit card receipt as PROOF.

      A company called professional parking mgt is trying to collect almost $100 sending me a parking charge notice but I have proof of payment confirmation for this parking space at zone *********************************************. I paid $21.90 by the app called Park by app and they took my payment by the name of the car ********* benz) which is an alias on the app not by the plate which is not my fault.now this company wants to charge me cause they dont see my payment .I spoke with a manager called ****** very rude by the way from this company( professional parking mgt) she said there is nothing to do its pay or collection even when i sent proof of payment and car registration pictures ??????. Also I contacted costumer service from pay by app and they gave a phone number tocall in my area to solve this issue but nothing to do with the app ..They dont care at all.I hope you can help me out with this matter.       I parked in a parking lot in *************, ******* that Parkbyapp manages. I used the Parkbyapp to pay at 7:13pm on 5/10/2023 and thought I had until 8:13pm paid for. I received a citation at 7:40pm for failure to pay for $55.00, which I have paid and was charged an inconvenience fee of $4.99 that was not disclosed until the payment was verified. I've tried to call the company and cannot find a telephone number and have concerns based on reviews on their website that the app does not work properly. I do not want to fill out another form and have a lot of issues with not being able to see or talk to people as to the less than personal way of communication.

      I spoke to ******************************* and they told me all they do is collect the fee. The citation came from ParkByApp.

      I feel I need to drop this as Ive paid the outrageous $55.00 fine and $4.99 inconvenience fee.

      My gut tells me the BBB or ParkByApp, right along with ******************************* is only interested in collecting fines and not worried about the app not working properly.

      Anyway, no one has the inclination to pick up a phone and call someone to get a true  understanding.

      This company should be immediately reported as a fraud. I just received a debit card in the mail which has not been activated yet and someone used my number to pay for a parking. I disputed it with my bank, however, I have attempted numerous times to contact this company to get more information on the little low life scammer that used my number that couldn't afford their own payment to pay for a parking space. You are unable to reach anyone in this business. This business needs to be reported for fraud.

      We do not have access to consumers mail or consumers financial institution. According to information provided by the consumer, the perpetrator tried to use the card at a hotel in addition to paying for parking in a lot we happen to manage. Would the consumer ask for the municipality to be reported for fraud if the perpetrator used their card in a city parking lot?

      In addition to filing a BBB complaint, this consumer also emailed Asta on Monday, May 8, 2023, 211pm, regarding unauthorized use of her card on Monday, May 8, 2023, 211pm. The BBB complaint is missing additional information that was provided within the email which is the following: Hello. I received a fraud alert from my bank because someone used my debit card, that is not even activated yet since I just received it Saturday. They charged $27.25 yesterday, Sunday May 7th 2023 and I would like to get information on where my card was used and who illegally used it. This person also attempted to use it at a hotel and my bank rejected the charge. Please respond with more information on who used my card information and where. My bank has already cancelled it and will be refunding the $27.25. 

      Asta responded via email on May 9, 2023, ****pm, stating : Using an internet browser on a computer, open this link -******************************* Paymeter Claim at the bottom right - complete the form and attach all documents necessary to support the claim including but not limited to a copy of your receipt along with a complete description of circumstances surrounding your claim. Once the claim is filed, someone from the ***************** will review and contact you should any additional information be required.

      Response from consumer on May 9, 2023, 134pm: I do not have a copy of the receipt because I am not the one that used your service! I am writing to you because someone used my debit card number to use your service and that debit card is a new card that was not even active because it is a new bank account with a new debit card. So I am not sure how someone used my debit card without it even being in their possession and it not being active. That is what I am trying to get from you. Who used my card? Where did they use it? What vehicle and tag? 

      Who used consumers card?  We have no idea.  Where did they use it?  We have no idea, no identifying information has been provided to be able to look up the transaction. What vehicle and tag? Even if we were able to pull up the transaction with identifying information from the consumer, we would not be able to provide the resulting data to a civilian for personal use.

      Consumer was advised in a followup email on May 9, 2023, 156pm, to contact their banking institution, which in the consumers initial email they stated had already been done and according to the consumer was being refunded. Should the banking institution decide to investigate, they will reach out to Asta directly via official means.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ has repeatedly been reported for accepting cards without proper secured verification according to their reviews. Many such as myself have to go thru the process of reimbursement from our banks because this company does not do the legal procedure of verifying who the credit card user is. This is fraud! How is a consumer entering information on a website stating it is secured when it is not? And to now have any information what so ever on who used my card, as well as other consumer's cards that have been illegally used. The person committing the unauthorised use of the card illegally reports a car tag and along with personal data to be able to pay for their parking; so of course this company would have information on who used the card, even if they can not provide it to me. I also communicated with the accounting department of the headquarters of this company on Monday May 8 and they stated they would have someone contact me back within 24 hours and they did not. Did not surprise me. If this company is properly conducting verification on their website while it is supposed to be "secure", they need to be shut down! Consumers beware of this company and continue reporting!

      Have you asked your financial institution why they allowed the transaction for the parking to go through if the card wasnt activated? They approved the transaction. All payment platforms on the internet communicate with financial institutions the data entered to receive an approval or a denial for credit card transactions. Your financial institution provided the verification, not our website. You should ask your financial institution why they provided the approval for the transaction to go through.

      Your statement of Many such as myself have to go thru the process of reimbursement from our banks because this company does not do the legal procedure of verifying who the credit card user is. ONLY the financial institution for the credit card can do this when the data is transmitted to the financial institution.

      Your statement of If this company is properly conducting verification on their website while it is supposed to be "secure", they need to be shut down! Again, ONLY the financial institution of the credit card can verify the data and provided an approval or a denial. Also, a SECURE website means the data is encrypted when the data is transmitted to the financial institution for verification for which ONLY they can do, not our website.

      Where did the perpetrator get your card information? The mail? The processing house who manufactured and sent you your credit card?  What about the hotel are you claiming fraud on the hotel for trying to use your card information? 

      You emailed ParkByApp on May 8th. You were responded to on May 9th,within 24 hours.  You were communicated with as evidenced by our prior response on this platform. Your statements that we have not communicated with you are false.

      Someone,NOT **, thieved your credit card information and used it for ill-gotten services. You disputed the charge with your bank. You are getting your money back.

      Again,if your financial institution wants to investigate, they will investigate. And again, ask them, your financial institution, why they allowed the transaction to go through approved. Maybe you should change your financial institution.

      Your statements and allegations of fraud and lack of communication on this company are hurtful, baseless and inaccurate.

      I parked in the parking lot located at **************************************************************** on April 2, 2023 because I was a vendor at the nearby Farmer and Artisan Market. After talking to the woman in charge to see if I was in the correct area, I promptly paid for my parking through the app. I ended up paying $16.55 (I will attach the receipt). Session number ********* Zone Number 964 (listed on the sign directly in front of my parking spot) Vehicle ** Y98VYV. However, today, I received a notice that I am being fined $90. This is extremely disheartening considering the fact that I went out of my way to make sure that I paid for parking when I visited the lot. The notice number is *********. At this point, Park By App seeks to take advantage of me by receiving my initial payment and now wanting to fine me an exorbitant fee. This is unacceptable.

      On 12/19/2022 we went to downtown ************ and parked in a lot controlled by ParkByApp. When we parked we paid via the app NOT THE STATION that was set up, as the signs said to use either. We paid for 4 hours and only used 3. The clock in and out times are correct on our receipt. Two weeks late I received a parking charge notice # *********** for $90.00! stating that we did not pay. We went online to dispute it and I submitted the receipt. We received notice a few days later that the app had the wrong zone in it. I submitted the zone via the sign. A few days later two others that met us there all received the exact same notice and the exact same issue! This is an app issue as I see in the reviews and the comments on ****** that this is a regular issue with the app. Now I have to pay this fine which is absolutely wrong! I want the notice to be cancelled and want this resolved ASAP.
